BMS Institute of Technology gives 3 diff scholarships to students. The first scholarship is given on a quota basis. The scholarships are given to candidates from the SC/ST category based on the students' eligibility criteria. The college gives  a defence personnel quota, wherein, candidates with parents serving in the defence establishment may secure a seat along with a scholarship. There is a minority quota, for which students belonging to a minority community are eligible to avail a scholarship.
