Top 5 in Bengaluru and nice exposure.

Faculty: The faculty are really supportive and nice. If you want to have any idea such as to host an event, take part in any hackathon, or even host a hackathon of your own they support you and help you in that. If there is any academic help that you need such as solving doubts or learning concepts they will help.

BMSIT review - decent placement, good infrastructure.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified in this college, and most of the teachers are helpful, leaving one or two. The teaching quality is good. The curriculum is a little bit outdated because the VTU curriculum is itself outdated. It makes student job ready because we have studied DSA in the 2nd sem. The semester exams are easy to medium level. The pass percentage is approximately 70 to 80%.

College and placements are good. It is too crowded.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Some teachers are not that good. But if we ask for help from them, they will help us confidently. Semester exams are moderate. If we study one day before, we can also get more than 9 CGPA, but for coding languages, we should have a minimum knowledge.

The placements are improving, and the college is growing.

Faculty: Teachers here are mostly Ph.D. scholars and highly educated, which help us a lot in solving our doubts and guiding us for our career. The course curriculum is relevant to the latest trends in the industry, such as AI and ML development and web development.

College life is very good.

Faculty: Faculty is good. Their teaching is good. But they do not give proper notes to study, we need to make our own notes for exams. But their teaching is perfect. Exam guidelines given by teachers are very useful. They provide motivation and conduct many competitions like hackathons, workshops, and provide free internships.

This college might have its problems, but in terms of exposure to the real world, this is best place

Faculty: The teachers are the best. They provide good courses, proper guidance, and proper exposure to the real world. They motivate us and help us understand various ways to get a job with real-world exposure. They help us gain experience and graduate from college with knowledge. Some teachers have master’s degrees from different fields and let us explore different options. They help us stay motivated and see our way toward our selected option.

Really good environment to study with all the required facilities available.

Faculty: The college has good teaching. Teachers are available and help us when needed. We can text or call them when we need help outside college hours. The syllabus is slightly different compared to other colleges, so it is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are quite difficult, and it is hard to score marks. The pass percentage is around 40%.

It's good. I'm satisfied till now. It's just my first year.

Faculty: The teachers are absolutely helpful. They helped the late joinee by providing them extra assistance with concern and kindness. In class too they are very helpful and willing to solve all students' problems. We are given a proctor to share our problems with who helps to solve them. Highly qualified teachers. The semester exams are not so difficult but you should have the habit of self-studying. The pass percentage is high. Faculty members are so far good.

Students' intake should be low.

Faculty: Most teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. From the previous year they have increased the student intake. Exams are moderate. While the IA is easy. So the pass percentage in IA is almost 99 percent and the pass percentage in semester end is around 95 percent.

The college has good infrastructure, helpful faculty. Hackathons and seminars happen every month.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful. The course curriculum is relevant compared to other VTU colleges. Semester exams are not that hard, and ample study leaves are given for the same. There are not many semester-end holidays for odd semesters. The college wants you to take part in at least one hackathon before your 3rd year.

I am happy with this college. I have a really good friend group and the teachers that I met.

Faculty: Teachers here are really helpful and they have helped me a lot in what I was doing. They also encourage us to participate in hackathons and more. The course curriculum is fine, it almost follows the VTU curriculum well. It is autonomous, so they can change it. Most of the things they teach are good and relevant. The semester exams are easy as it is autonomous, and we just have to read important questions to get more than passing marks. The passing percentage is about 40%.

I'm absolutely satisfied with my college.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Most of the professors are pdf holders and very supportive. The curriculum is very relevant, focusing on making us industry-ready. The exams are of moderate difficulty but hard enough to evaluate our knowledge. Almost everyone passes the exam, with just 3-4 not being able to pass it.

Review of the final year student of BMSITM 2026.

Faculty: Our college has knowledgeable professors. The course curriculum is well-planned. But it could do with more project-oriented learning for the application of whatever we learnt in class. College is very student-first-oriented, so they do support projects if the student takes the initiative and takes control. But the push doesn't come from the college itself.

A decent college with good placements.

Faculty: I consider my teachers friendly and helpful. Classes are pretty well-conducted. The curriculum is the same as VTU curriculum with few changes here and there. I don't think the syllabus makes anyone industry-ready. Internals are pretty easy. Semester exams are comparatively difficult but not too hard.

Good placement, decent college life, supportive faculty, and decent infrastructure.

Faculty: Teachers of my department are well qualified, most of them have done a Ph.D. in their respective subjects, and they are supportive. This course is curriculum-relevant as AI is an evolving thing at the moment. Semester exams are kind of tough, especially for the programming subjects, as it's necessary. The pass percentage is 35% in semester-end exams.
