A very decent college with good academics and placement, but it all depends on your hard work.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are Ph.D. holders and have great knowledge, and they also conduct industrial visits and workshops apart from studies. But in recent years, like the 2024 batch and onwards, due to more intake of students, the quality of teachers is reducing.

Here are all the pros and cons of my college.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful for each and every student, and they are well qualified with a good knowledge in every field. This course is very relevant for our future goal as it covers all the basic and advanced knowledge required for cracking a good job. Two internal exams and a semester exam took place every semester in our college, in which sem exams are of an average level, and almost 90% students passed with a CGPA of 7 or more.

Good infrastructure. Placements are bad. Overall, an average college. It is better not to join ISE.

Faculty: Honestly, the lady teachers in ISE are more supportive of boys, often due to opposite-gender attraction. As a girl, I truly face this bias. Some teachers are downright toxic. If you are studious, act like you have doubts, and speak up to the staff, you might earn better internals. Labs are terrible. Even teachers do not know what they are doing. Study independently to survive. Aim for a CGPA above 8. If it is below 7 without skills, you are screwed. ISE teachers are judgmental and show favoritis...

Great coding culture, strong placements, supportive faculty, and a vibrant campus.

Faculty: The faculty in our department are highly qualified, approachable, and supportive with a good mix of academic and industrial knowledge. The curriculum is updated and the industry related topics are added based on the requirement in the industry. The overall pass percentage is of 90%.

A better option with higher productivity is offered at BMS Institute of Technology and Management.

Faculty: Teachers are very cooperative and well educated with a higher degree but some of them are very bad like the teacher in case subject. Yes, the course they offer is sufficient for the placement. Semester exams are at a moderate level but some of them are easy.

Best college among other private colleges.

Faculty: The teaching quality is much better. Some teachers are at the Ph.D. level, but some teachers just use the projector and don’t know how to explain things properly. On the other hand, our Physics professor takes us to the laboratory for research purposes, and it has been a great experience. The semester exams are of moderate level not much difficult. If you attend classes regularly, it is enough to prepare for the exam.

Aim for RV MSRIT or BMSCE if you won't qualify for any, then opt for this.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified, except for one or two which you find everywhere. I don't think that course curriculum is that much online with industry standards, but this is the story of all the colleges of India, except a few. Semester exams are easy. You can easily get above 9 CGPA just by devoting a couple of hours per day to college subjects.

The college provided good placements during the year 2023.

Faculty: Most of the teachers of BMSIT are PhD holders. They have vast knowledge with ample knowledge in their respective domains. The course curriculum is outdated. There are some teachers who try to make students industry-ready. Apart from that, major students have to take care of their future on their own.

Neither good nor bad in all terms. It's an okay college.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified Ph.D. holders, but they are good only for examination purposes. Beyond that, they are not able to guide you properly for any industry-level purposes. The semester exams are easy to pass and score good marks. If you are a regular student and have attended classes, you will easily be able to score good marks. Almost all students pass the semester exams if they are eligible to write.
