{Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}* Placement Record: BMSIT&M has a strong placement record, with around 60-95% of students getting placed. Top companies like Amazon, Wipro, Samsung, IBM, and many more visit the campus for recruitment. The highest package offered is around 24-45 LPA, while the average package ranges from 6-12 LPA.* Internships: Internships are mandatory in most departments, providing hands-on experience and exposure to industry standards. Students receive training and guidance from faculty members and industry experts.* Faculty and Curriculum: Faculty members are well-qualified, with many holding Ph.D.s. The curriculum is updated regularly to match industry needs, making students industry-ready.* Infrastructure and Facilities: The college has modern infrastructure, including Wi-Fi enabled classrooms, laboratories, and libraries. Hostel facilities are available, offering amenities like laundry services and sports facilities.* Campus Life: The campus is peaceful and serene, with lush greenery and recreational spaces. Various cultural and sporting events are organized throughout the year.* Student Support: While some teachers may be less helpful, overall, faculty members are supportive and willing to guide students.* Scholarships: Scholarships are available for deserving students, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds. However, some concerns raised by students include:* Limited resources and infrastructure in certain areas, such as sports facilities* Some teachers' lack of enthusiasm and ineffective teaching methods* Competition for limited hostel slots* High expectations and pressure to perform well academicallyOverall, B.E./B.Tech at BMSIT&M seems to be a worthwhile investment, considering the strong placement record, industry-oriented curriculum, and modern infrastructure. However, students must be aware of potential limitations and challenges, and take steps to address these issues.

In EEE, you have to deal with a lot of electrical circuits. For that, you should have a interest in these electricity and electronics part like whatever you studied in Current electricity, Semiconductors etc in class 12.Tese chapters don’t exactly define about EEE but they are somewhat similar. So if you don’t have some specific interest then don’t take these core branches, instead of that you should take Computer Science or Information Science in some lower colleges. Now coming to colleges, placements are not that much bigger in these colleges. Everything is equivalent after coming to these colleges.Having ideas about other colleges, but DSCE is good.
