Yes, admission to BMS School o Architecture is through CET conducted by Karnataka Governement or COMEDK and NATA for BArch programme. For M.Arch, the selection is based on GATE or Karnataka PGCET scores. The first preference is given to aspirants with a valid GATE score. Besides, aspirants need to pass VRAT conducted VTU for PhD admission.

BArch median package recorded in 2024 was INR 2.1 LPA. In 2023 and 2022, median package was 1.8 LPA and 1.5 LPA. In BArch, the median package was 4 LPA in the past three years. 

The median package offered during MArch placements 2024 and past two years was 4 LPA. In 2024, 3 out of 4 students were placed. In 2023 and 2022, the placement rate was 100%.

According to the NIRF report 2025, median package recorded during BArch and MArch placements 2024 was 2.1 LPA and 4 LPA. 3 out 4 students were placed in MArch whereas 70 out of 92 BArch students were placed in 2024.

MArch placement rate in 2022 and 2023 was 100% as per NIRF report 2025. In 2024, 3 out of 4 students were placed. For BArch, 70 students were placed and 7 opted for higher studies out of 92 students in 2024.
