Good faculty and placement, decent infrastructure and the mess and facilities needs improvement .

Placements: At my college the placement for opportunities for electrical student is decent, around 70 - 80 percent of students from my course secured jobs, while other continue their higher studies. The highest package offered was about 4 -5 LPA, while the average package range between 2.5 -3 LPA. Some students receive lower packages around 1 - 2 LPA depending upon their performance in interview. Top recruiters included Tata motors, piaggio and kirloskar. Around 50 - 60 percent students got internships, mostly from power sector companies. Top roles offered like production and maintenance engineer.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure for my course is well maintained, with spacious classrooms, dedicated electrical labs, and a good library with relevant books. The labs are well-equipped with modern tools for practical, though some equipment needs maintenance. Wi-Fi is available but the speed is not reliable. The hostel provides basic facilities like clean rooms and 24/7 water supply, but the mess food could be improved. There are medical facilities, but for serious issues students need to visit nearby hospital. Sports facilities exist, they are limited .

Faculty: The faculty in my course is helpful and knowledgeable, and they explain concepts. The teaching quality is good, but some subjects Could have more practical learning. The curriculum is industry relevant, but adding more modern topics related to course would help even more. Semester exams are moderate difficult and the pass percentage is 75 - 85 percentage .

Other: I choose this course because I'm interested in power system and machines. The best part is the practical labs and helpful faculty, but more industry exposure and modern topics should be added. The college fests and events, The campus crowd is decent, connectivity is good and scholarships are available.
