This is one of the best colleges in the Jharsuguda district, affiliated with Sambalpur University.

Placements: I am in TPWODL as a Finance Associate with a package of 4.5 LPA. Many of my batchmates are employed by companies such as Jindal, TCS, and Mahanadi Coalfields Limited. Faculty members are good, and almost 70% or more students get placed in different companies.

Infrastructure: They provide good hygiene in the canteens as well as proper maintenance of classrooms and the computer laboratory. The library has huge rooms and books from different publishers.

Faculty: Faculty members are good. They have good knowledge and excellent teaching skills. They prepare students well for achieving their desired goals. The exams are challenging, yet they help me gain a lot of theoretical knowledge, which makes me a more knowledgeable person than an average student. I really appreciate their efforts.

Other: They even provide scholarships and campus recruitment. They also organize annual fests and events. The best part is that they organize good events like sports competitions and dance competitions, giving students the opportunity to show and enhance their talents.

I have 3 years of experience in the college.

Placements: The minimum percentage was 50-60% in 12th when I was admitted to my college in 2022. The minimum offer is for private teaching jobs from Rs.5,000 to Rs.6,000, and the maximum package is 1.5 lakh. There are no big companies recruiting at the college, and mostly local companies are recruiting.

Infrastructure: Hostels are provided only to girls, and the basic needs of students are provided. There is a small library that only lends books, and you cannot enter the library to read or do work in the library. There are many activities you can do in the college, like playing basketball, cricket, etc.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, and the quality of education is good at the college. Teachers are also helpful. The semester exams are tough, and they are very strict during the exams. CCTV cameras are installed in the exam rooms, and teachers carefully examine the records after the exam to fair.

Other: I chose this course because I want to join the army in the future. There is nothing I can surely say is the best, but I can say that overall, this college is average. You can join this college as an option but don't take it as a goal. There are even better colleges out there.

Quality of teaching should improve.

Placements: A minimum of 5% of students get placed at this college. The package offered for private teachers is 7,000–8,000, and the maximum is 1.5 lakhs. There are no big companies in our locality to provide students with better jobs.

Infrastructure: Facilities provided at our college are very basic, like a small library, which you can't enter or read books in; you can only borrow books. This college has hostel facilities, but only for girls. Basic sports facilities are available, with equipment for bat-and-ball games, football, basketball, etc.

Faculty: The teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, and the quality of teaching is good. Semester exams are tough because of CCTVs placed in every corner of the classrooms and the presence of more than three teachers per exam. Some teachers are supportive.

Other: My marks were not good, so I was admitted to this college. This college needs to improve its library, boys' common room, and some study features, like monitors and laptops in the classroom.
