Great experience in getting a campus life.
Placements: Placements were generally aimed at or plausible for students of commerce, computer applications, and economics. Science courses, at least zoology, haven't had placements available for students of that specific course. Placements were offered by banks such as SBI, South Indian Bank, and some teaching institutions.
Infrastructure: The facilities available for academics were incredibly good. The college has a modernized library with a large collection of books for academic references and literature. College Wi-Fi is available but with restricted access. The departments are well-maintained and clean, with friendly non-teaching staff ready to help the students in every way they can. The college has a gym, and sports tournaments are very common. As a day scholar, I have no say or interaction with hostel facilities and food.
Faculty: Faculty members are some of the most brilliant minds you will ever see. They are well educated and qualified, and also talented and brilliant in transferring their knowledge to students. Almost every one of them is great as both a teacher and a human being. The curriculum provided for the courses is very relevant. Exams are generally average but can be difficult owing to the question setting. The evaluation is very strict every time, and it's more difficult than usual to pass.
Other: My world at CMS College was incredible, with incredible peers. I got to know some of the most important and incredible people in my life here. CMS is a hub of extracurricular activities and events. One can certainly enjoy their college life even if he or she has not performed well academically.

It is a good college for an M.A. in English.
Placements: The college's location is mediocre. In placements, the minimum package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the maximum package is 11 LPA. In my course, almost 85% of students get internships while enrolled in Accenture, Wipro, and Petal World. The highest position available in our course is the manager (assistant officer) in a bank.
Infrastructure: Hostels are good. There are football fields, table tennis courts, basketball courts, etc. Since it provides students with much more than it did in the past. In C.M.S College, Kottayam, B.A. Communication and English department is currently one of the most significant departments.
Faculty: Nearly 60% of pupils pass their semester exams. The course curriculum is up to date and helps us be ready for entrance tests so we can enroll in postgraduate programs at prestigious universities. The availability and service of amazing professors are the most crucial factors to consider. They are knowledgeable and supportive.

Campus is located in the heart of Kottayam which is the first college in India.
Placements: In my batch of Sociology, the students got promising offers from public as well as private sector companies. The private sector companies include Cognizant, Sutherland, Infosys, etc. Internships at District Administration are highly promising. Top roles are project coordinators, project managers, and college professors with around a majority percent placement rates with average package of 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The department of sociology lies in the heart of our campus, near the historic great hall. Wi-Fi access is free in the library where several computers are placed for research and study purposes. The students of our campus can freely access it. Around 50,000 books are available in our library and students can also access the digital library. Canteen offers food for our students at concession rates. The canteen area provides a 3-star restaurant experience. The sports are highly promising, especially volleyball.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, knowledgeable, and qualified with Ph.D. or NEET. Teaching quality is amazing with the interdisciplinary approach. Course curriculum is highly relevant. It makes the students industry-ready with the upskilling programs. Semester exams are at a moderate level. A majority of students pass with high grade points.
Other: I chose this course because of my passion to contribute to society. Best thing about this course is that we can connect our learning with our day to day activities and it is also easy and interesting to learn. Newly introduced FYUGP program is promising, and requires our PG syllabus to be revised. Events like fests, arts day, club activities, and campus environment are highly appreciable.

At last, the college is good.
Placements: The placement of the college is average. This college has placement with a maximum of 12 LPA and a minimum of 3 LPA. Approximately 75% of the students of my course secure internships during the course. Some of the companies are Petal World, Wipro, and Accenture. The manager post in a bank (assistant officer) was the top role offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Hostels are pretty good. There is a basketball court, tennis court, football ground, etc. The B.A. Communication English department is now one of the most important departments in CMS College Kottayam as it offers a lot more to the students compared to the previous years.
Faculty: Almost 55% of the students pass the semester exams. The curriculum is relevant and prepares us for entrance exams to get into PG courses in top colleges. The most important thing to note is the service and availability of such wonderful teachers. They are qualified and helpful.

A good college with good infrastructure.
Placements: In our course nearly 80% of the students secured placements. The highest package was 9 Lacs per annum, the lowest was 3 Lacs per annum, and the average student at 5 Lacs per annum. Esteemed organizations like Biocon came for recruitment of students.
Infrastructure: Our department provided an excellent learning environment with state-of-the-art labs for animal genetics, ecology, and physiology. Theories, along with a museum and an in-house zoological garden, enhanced hands-on experience. The library was well-stocked with research materials, international journals, and reference books.
Faculty: The faculty in the department was highly experienced and approachable, offering guidance to students' academic and research interests. The curriculum was best blending theoretical foundations with practical applications, and included topics like developmental biology, animal biotechnology, and conservation strategies.

Placements: More than 80 percentage of students in our course got placed successfully. The highest salary package offered to a student is 12 Lacs per annum, and the lowest offer is 4 Lacs per annum. There are very few companies that are operating for our course, but our course is very good.
Infrastructure: This college has offered excellent infrastructures compared to other colleges. The labs are modern, spacious, and well maintained. It contains all the equipment that a student may need for practical learning. The hostel facilities can be improved. The food is of good quality and offers a variety of options.
Faculty: The teachers of this college are highly qualified, experienced, and supportive towards the students. They explain concepts in an easier and simple manner so that students can understand them clearly and clarify their doubts. In a course, the examination is quite easy to pass. More than 80% of students have passed with good marks.
