Placement record and facilities are good. Infrastructure is great.
Placements: Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram, had a good placement record. Every year, a large number of students get job offers from here in different places in the country and abroad. The minimum salary here was 5 LPA. Various reputed companies were here and offered jobs to numerous students every year through interviews.
Infrastructure: Our college had a very good infrastructure. Classrooms were very clean and air-conditioned. Our college had well-maintained and modern machines in the lab. There was a huge library with more than 90,000 books. There was also a cafeteria, gym, and free Wi-Fi for the students to use.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college were very humble and polite. They had many years of teaching experience. They arrange various exam practicals and internships for the benefit of the students. Teachers helped the students in their personal life as well as their studies. The pass rate here was above 85% every year.

It is the best college for M.Sc. Psychology.
Placements: Our Alumni successfully secured positions and worked in India and abroad. This course opened up a wide range of career paths, from becoming lead advocates in high courts to becoming psychologists for cricket teams. Some chose to invest their skills in niche domains, reflecting the program’s wide-ranging potential.
Infrastructure: The college had well-equipped classrooms and a rich library with a wide range of books. The psychology lab was equipped for various experiential work. Since it was a government college, there was no specific hostel for students. One government hostel was available for each of the three colleges. However, there were plenty of private hostels and paid guest accommodations nearby.
Faculty: Faculty members provided accessible and effective study material. There were four internal assessments per semester. The university examinations were twice a year. All professors in the Psychology Department had doctoral degrees. The curriculum encouraged deep understanding. The exams became more challenging due to delays in administering university exams, although this was not the responsibility of the college.

One of the best colleges to study in Trivandrum, if you want a proper academic life.
Placements: Since it is a government college, they don't offer placements. You can go to a job fair instead, and they can refer you for internships. But there are no campus placements. You can get any career-related advice from the teachers, and the college regularly conducts career-oriented seminars and certificate courses.
Infrastructure: The college has all the necessary facilities, but all of them are very old and were built many years ago. The washrooms need to be more women friendly. Each department doesn't have a separate washrooms. The library is really good. The campus doesn't have an open Wi-Fi.
Faculty: For this course, the college is the best, as they have the best faculty. But the environment is not open for so many discussions, they only cover the syllabus and gives notes. You can approach any faculty for doubts and they encourage the students to attend workshops and seminars at other institutions for more exposure.
Other: If you want a proper academic life with some cultural fests and events in between, then this college is the best.

Placements: University placement is good for my degree. 85% of students got awarded placements in our program. The highest tuition fee is 5 LPA, the average tuition fee is 3.50 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. 85% of students completed internships in our program.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi speed is limited, although some classrooms in the blocks are well-maintained. However, the hostel facilities are poor, with strict rules requiring permission for even the simplest activities. The food, on the other hand, is poor, although the restaurant offers affordable options.
Faculty: The professors at our university are very helpful and understanding. They are highly qualified and experts in their subjects. They always help me learn and understand things easily. The quality of teaching is good. This course lasts two years. Semester exams are moderate at our university. The pass rate is 80% to 90%.

Placements: I'm FYUGP 1st year student. Top roles offered are many, like civil service, economics, career-oriented services, and government job opportunities. Almost 70%-80% of students who applied for the course got it with reservations. The highest opportunities are in economics and science subjects. The average is in departments like English and Hindi with other language-oriented departments like Tamil, Arabic, etc. low.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and Wi-Fi are available, and labs with modern equipment for study and LED walls for studying. A library with over 1 Lacs books which is really beautiful architecture. Canteen, sports, and games are fine. I don't know about hostel facilities as I am a day scholar.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is great. Course curriculum is good and provides us with skills for employment in the future. The difficulty level is above average as the new system has started. Pass percentage is 35%.

Best college for girls in TVM city, good faculty members, and the best place to explore yourself.
Placements: Not much placements are provided by the college itself. But many opportunities are there for students for placement and internship and are provided by different schemes. Many of the clubs and their groups are there for our help in these processes and they give us the guidelines for the process.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel for the college. But the university hostel is just situated at the back of the college. The hostel is average and food is just okay. The college infrastructure is the best in TVM city. The atmosphere and the buildings are very peaceful. Most of the classrooms are developed and labs are very good. The canteen is okay. Food is available from morning to evening. Sports and games are best in the college. The PE department gives full support to the athletes.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful in studying. They are highly qualified and have very good knowledge. They go through all things in the curriculum and support us to get high marks. The curriculum is also good for further studies and for good job opportunities. Semester exams are very good and of good quality. Even though many of the students get failed.
Other: The course offered by the college is excellent and provides great value for money. I truly enjoy the course and my studies here. The teachers in the department are highly supportive which makes learning an enjoyable experience. The college also offers a wide range of extracurricular activities, including various clubs, NCC, and NSS, catering to diverse interests. There are numerous sports teams, and any student can join them while balancing their academics. The sports facilities are impressive, and the physical education department provides exceptional support. Many of the college's sports teams have achieved remarkable success, with students being selected at university and national levels. Additionally, the clubs are very active, contributing significantly to both the college community and the city. Overall, the college offers a well-rounded and enriching experience for students.
