I am satisfied with the faculty and management. It is a good private institute.
Placements: The average salary package offered is 2.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 8 LPA. Students are also benefited from off-campus placements and got a salary package of above 20 LPA. Many students focus on higher education. Many students also get selected to study abroad because of the college authority.
Infrastructure: It is well-established near the metro station. It has huge libraries with great books to study. The library teacher also helps students to study. There is a great gesture of librarians. Many books related to the study and others are available for students to get a benefit.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, and even they give their time to students individually. Practical knowledge of teaching is good enough to mentor the students. Many teachers are highly qualified. They did an MS course from Jadavpur University.
Other: Our college organises a cultural and tech fest every year.

Review of Calcutta Institute of Engineering and Management.
Placements: The placement statistics are not good. In 2020, some of my friends, along with me, got an offer from TCS and CTS companies. But the placements number is not high enough. About 4% of students from each department get a job. Top or reputed companies do not visit our college for placements. Many companies ended their tie-up from this college. It is recommended to find a job on our own by off-campus placements. In the past, top recruiting companies like Wipro, TCS and CTS visited our college for placements, but now they are recruiting by their own placement exams. In 2020, the highest salary package offered was 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college does not provide hostels. All students come from their houses. But You can easily get PG or mess near the college at an affordable rate. The area is located in South Kolkata, and you can easily go anywhere because there is a metro station named Netaji, which is just 5 minutes from walking distance. Free Wi-Fi facility is not available unless you hack the password and use it. Two canteens are available. The quality of the food served is good, but the price is above average. There is a library with an ample number of books. Two seminar halls are available here. The college has a good cultural essence. There is a huge playground where you want to stay for a long time as many sports are played here.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very much helpful. They always give their best to make us understand the topic. I recommend going for ECE, CSE or IT courses in this college because of their good faculty members and lab infrastructure. Teachers provide good assignments to prepare for the semester. The course curriculum is well-structured and easy to cover within time. I would rate 4 out of 5 for their overall teaching quality.
Other: Our college provides a scholarship, but you have to contact the principal and management authority. Fests are not regularly organised at the college.

The college is good, and the teachers are helpful.
Placements: About 60% of the students from our course got placed. The salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant, Wipro, L&T and AMAZON, visit our campus for placements. Our college is so good, and it provides a various training facility. I recommend many of my juniors to join this college.
Infrastructure: In our college facilities like Wi-Fi, libraries, lab and classrooms are so good. There is a PG facility, and we can stay there. Food served to the students was good. Sports facilities are conducted in our college.
Faculty: All faculty members in our college were so good. They teach in a very good manner, so we will not get any problem. They are well-trained and well-educated. There is a mentor for us. They help us very much. If we stuck in any part, then they will help us. We can complete the project very soon. The course curriculum is relevant.
Other: I attended the WBJEE exam, and while consulting, I have chosen this college. One of my friends told me this college is good.

Good faculty members, good food quality, good infrastructure.
Placements: 80% students are placed in this year. The highest package is 10lpa, the lowest is 2lpa and average is 4lpa. Top recruiting companies are - amazon, accenture, teach Mahindra, wipro, Capgemini, cognizant etc. Most of the students got internship
Top roles offered- Software development, full sack development, customer support, BPO etc.
Infrastructure: Department - CSE, IT, BCA ECE, EE, BBA. Yes. Canteen, medical facilities, sports and games are available. And the quality of food in canteen is good but in this college don't have mess or hostel. And the college campus is so good and behaviour of all teachers also good.
Faculty: Yes. Teachers are very helpful and qualified and knowledgeable. Not too much difficult semester exams in the college. All teachers are very helpful and good behaviour. They are helping us in everything. Not so much difficult question paper. Pass percentage 98%.. .

"PITM Kolkata is pretty good regarding placements although it is somewhat inferior to Calcutta Institute of Engineering and Management (CIEM) in placement consistency.
Clubbing the above facts together, PITM offers average placement of around 60%-70% while companies such as TCS, Wipro, and local firm

The eligibility criteria for BCA course at CIEM Kolkata is that the candidate should have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination. The selection criteria for the course is merit-basis. Candidates who do not match the eligibility terms and conditions mentioned above are not eligible for BCA course
