I am satisfied with this college because of its faculty members.
Placements: Many students got placed in our course. All the students from the broadcast batch completed their internships at reputed media houses. Students were sent for job interviews as per their interests. I'm currently working as a faculty at CMI.
Infrastructure: The institute takes pride in its modern state-of-the-art infrastructure. They have good Wi-Fi, classrooms, projectors, and modern seating arrangements. Classrooms are equipped with air-conditioners. They have a small library with a rich collection of books and videos for students.
Faculty: Our teachers are seasoned, knowledgeable, and approachable. They bring their years of experience and expertise to the class. The course curriculum is advanced and prepares the students for their future aspirations. It gives students a better understanding of the broadcast industry from close quarters.
Other: I opted for this course because I want to gain knowledge in the broadcast domain and acquire hands-on industry exposure. There are several events and extracurricular activities organised by students around the year.

Placements: Many companies visited our college for recruiting the students. They offered roles as a senior copywriter at Genesis and Brandsum Tech Solutions and copywriter at Ad Infinitus, and programmer at Radio Mirchi. Our college has provided internships at Friends FM and Zee Bangla. No institute can make your life until you keep yourself up with all the knowledge, skills and hard work. If you have achieved all the required potential, CMI can provide you with the best platform to start your career.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was great. You'll love being part of the institute. You won't feel bored coming to college. CMI gives you one of the best experiences of your student life with a fantastic campus that is cosy and sophisticated. The campus life was enjoyable.
Faculty: You will be updated with all the knowledge that you need to go to work in the media industry like marketing, branding and creative fields. I personally enjoyed the classes by industry professionals. Besides theoretical knowledge, it provides you with an overview of industry work. You can choose your field from varied options of TV, radio, advertisement, marketing and research domains.
Other: I had a lovely experience studying at CMI, and students have a great career after completing their education here. We have supportive mentors who guide you whenever you need even after finishing your course. It becomes a family.

The course is not helpful for the industry, and in the media industry, you should know everything.
Placements: Our college did not provide good placements. There was no security of salary or job. Some were not registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Most of the firms were not familiar with students. Internships were not provided.
Infrastructure: Our college did not provide good infrastructure. There was no playground for sports. The library was very small. There were no smart classrooms. The canteen was so small. A variety of food items were not available. It was not helpful for students who came from outside of Kolkata. It was a very small institute.
Faculty: Our teachers were helpful and qualified. Our teachers shared their experiences in the classes. The course curriculum was not relevant to the industry. In this course, the media had been divided into 3 parts such as IMC, digital, and broadcast.
Other: I chose this course for its focus on learning media and its application. The course should be more practical.
