A wide variety of clubs and extracurricular activities are available at Central India College of Law and LL.M. (CICL Nagpur) to support students overall development. These consist of Sports & Games a National Service Scheme (NSS), a Debating Club and a Moot Court Club. The college hosts seminars, including one on biological resources, farewell parties legal help programs, guest speakers and cultural activities. In order to promote involvement awards and prizes are also presented. Students' abilities in public speaking, event planning, and legal practice are improved by these activities, which also make the campus alive.

Candidates must be eligible for either LSAT-India or MHCET Law as each will receive 50% of the seats. A Bachelor degree with 45% (or 40% for Maharashtra SC/ST students) is required for eligibility. A competitive LSAT-India rank or an MHCET Law score of 80–100 is normally required though the cutoff varies each year. Merit-based selection entrance tests and CAP counselling are all part of the process thus academic performance and preparation are essential.

Through moot courts and legal camps it provides a comprehensive curriculum that combines theoretical and practical instruction. It is approved by the Bar Council of India and associated with RTM Nagpur University. It is a great option for Central Indian law students because of its knowledgeable professors reasonable tuition (around INR 60,000 for three years), and NAAC certification which results in qualified legal professionals.
