College is good. You have to push your limits if you want to get placed in a big company.
Placements: Do not expect high packages from this college. If you are a hard-working student, you will get 3 LPA to 5 LPA from college placement. The highest package for CSE department is 10 LPA and the average salary is 4 LPA to 5 LPA. Top companies like Maruti Suzuki and BYJU'S visit our college.
Infrastructure: The college building needs renovation and lack of equipment in lab. There are no computers in working condition in the computer lab. Wi-Fi is available on college campus. Our college is of 45 acres. There is one boys hostel (395 rooms) and one girls hostel (225 rooms) available. According to mess fees, food is good at 2,125 /- per month. Canteen is available in hostel and college. There is no medical facility available. Sports like cricket, volleyball, badminton, TT, etc., are available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, they always try to help students. Course curriculum is good. For semester exams you have to study for at least 2 to 3 weeks. 70% of students pass the exam. According to fees of the college, it is a better option. Many students cleared GATE from this college.
Other: I am doing B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (2024-2028). I chose this course as I am interested in machine design. Fresher events, technical events, not tech events are organized around the year. Total strength is around 500 to 550 students. Branches provided are CSE, mechanical engineering, ECE, electrical engineering, food tech, civil, and data science. Various scholarships for Haryana students, UP students, and special scholarships for Northeast and Jammu & Kashmir students are provided.

Our college provides highly qualified teachers.
Placements: The college has exceptional placements with a good salary package. Students from our batch were pretty satisfied. We got many chances to face the interviews. In our year, placements were increased from the previous year placements. I was lucky enough to get my dream job in an MNC.
Infrastructure: The residential infrastructure of the college is immensely satisfactory. It provided well-maintained rooms in the hostel. On every floor, CCTV cameras are installed. Every day, the floor and the room are cleaned by the cleaning staff. The floor is also installed with a water cooler facility. The Wi-Fi facility works fantastic. Food served is also far better than many canteens. I would 5 stars for it.
Faculty: Since the course curriculum was a blend of practical and theoretical structure, our teachers organised industry visits to make us know the working of the theoretical aspects we have learnt during the course. Further, the experience helped me in my professional life.

It is a good college with very low fees structure and really good infrastructure.
Placements: More than 14 students out of 67 students got placed from our course. The highest salary package offered was 3.8 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are MCM Telecom India Pvt Ltd, CRRC Pioneer Electric Pvt Ltd in Bawal, Asahi India Glass Pvt Ltd in Bawal, Hydac India Pvt Ltd and Omax India Pvt Ltd. More than 40% of the students from our course got internships.
Infrastructure: Everything is available in CDLSIET, Paniwala Mota like Wi-Fi facility, labs, classrooms, library and separate hostels for boys and girls. Our college also has a gym facility, TV room facility, study room facility, single sharing rooms to students in the hostel, canteen facility, medical facility and sports facilities. From time to time, students use all activities like sports, technical seminar, cultural fest, technical quizzes, etc.
Faculty: The teaching quality in the mechanical department is very good. Dr Vikash Gupta sir is the best and helpful teacher in our college, and Ashok Garage sir is very familiar in the mechanical department. Pawan Kamboj sir is the head of the department of the mechanical department. Guest faculty members are also available in this institute. The course curriculum is relevant.
Other: I have chosen the mechanical because it is an evergreen branch. Various workshops are available in this branch. I have to improve my practical knowledge as well as theoretical knowledge. All types of events are organised at CDLSIET like fest, technical quizzes, farewell party, fresher party, etc. SC and BC category scholarships are provided to students in this institute.

The campus is lush green and spread over 45 acres. Faculty members are highly qualified.
Placements: On average, almost 60-70% of students from the college get placed every year, and the percentage is increasing every year. There is a placement cell of the college which helps the students to get placed. Small Companies like Scope Telecom Pvt Ltd, Smart Solution Teleservice, Trigur Sonipat, Ak Automatics Rohtak, MCM Telecom Equipment Pvt Ltd, Nagarro Pvt Ltd, etc., visited our campus for placements and students were also placed. Two students got placed in Honda, and four students got placed in Bajaj. The average salary package offered was 3.20 LPA. Students did an internship in Autocad from Internshala.
Infrastructure: The mechanical workshop is also established on the campus. Shops like fitting, carpentry, welding, foundry, and machine are available in which students can learn and enhance their skills. There are 2 Lathe machine, drilling machines, arc welding machine, UTM, machine vice, bench vice, also available for the students to learn how these machines operate and how to operate on them. The hostel has a gym, study room, four water coolers, TV room, canteen, lawn with benches. There are single and double sharing rooms available at Rs. 9,800 and Rs. 8,600 per annum. There is a cricket ground, a basketball and badminton court, football ground, and running tracks for students to keep themselves healthy and fit. The quality of the food served in the mess is average, and they provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can go to the canteen to get fast food such as pizza burgers, chow mien, etc.
Faculty: HOD of our college has completed his studies from Russia. The minimum qualification of teachers is M.Tech, and some of them are doctorate. Teachers are very helpful and make the students aware of the upcoming challenges in the industries.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering as I have an interest in the field and also keeping in mind the career opportunities which will get for the mechanical engineer. The one thing which can be improved in college is that the students can be given a bit more exposure to the industries and skills required by the students to get accustomed to the environment. Scholarship from the state as well as the centre is available based on your 12 credits. The college organises induction programme for newly admitted students, fresher's, farewell, annual fest, alumni meet. Students from UP, Punjab, Bihar, Delhi, Rajasthan are enrolled in the college. The college is situated in NH9, about 25 minutes away from the city.

It is a good college with the better fee structure.
Placements: Now, the placement is good, but placement for mechanical engineering is not good. This college is the best in terms of the fee structure, and it is the only one government college in Haryana. Also, sports has a great scope, and there's also a great scope for the person who wants to achieve in the sports parallel with their education.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not much bad but its area for sports is very nice. The labs are good for mechanical engineering students, computer engineering students, and electrical engineering department students also.
Faculty: The faculty are supportive and helpful to students who do hard work and wanted to achieve a great goal in their future life. All the staff members, teaching and non-teaching, are also helpful and supportive to students. They are also willing to do work of the students.
Other: The college has good and educated crowd. There is no any ragging on the campus, and no any type of dadagiri, gundagiri and fukrapanti. Here, the student lives freely and do study with full mojmasti.
