Review of Ch. Devi Lal State Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Placements are minimal in our college. The highest package offered un this college is 25 LPA. The average package is 11 LPA. 2 or more companies visit every year to our college for placements like TCS. Maximum students got internships here.

Infrastructure: Everything is provided in our college or hostel like Wi-Fi, labs, and a big library. There is a good canteen in our college and a big canteen in our hostel. Everything is provided here at any time. Overall good facilities are provided by our college.

Faculty: Teachers are fully qualified and well-disciplined. They are very helpful to students. They support students in every situation. There is a problem with the 75% attendance criteria. They are very strict about the criteria. Otherwise, they are very supportive.

Satisfied with facilities, faculty, good ROI, and infrastructure.

Placements: No direct campus placement is been arranged for CSE students due to the recession but for other branches it's decent. This year most students electrical are placed but CSE students are looking for off-campus placement. Placement for CSE might improve in upcoming years as new batch students are well-focused on skill development.

Infrastructure: The mess and canteen are available in the hostel. Mess food is good for the amount it takes. Not many sports facilities but it is quite good. CPL happens every year for cricket. Wi-Fi is not available in the hostel but in college. Water and electricity facilities are available 24/7 and the rooms are spacious so it's comfortable.

Faculty: CSE course is relevant as it teaches Java, Python, and DSA. Exams happen often in three sessional and final semester exams. The holiday after the semester is long and good. Semesters are finished on time. You will get less time to prepare for other activities if you focus on the academic curriculum.

Satisfied with facilities and faculty, good hostel infrastructure.

Placements: In CSE ( Data Science) branch you might not get campus placement but you can try off-campus if learned strong skills. My branch is new so not very placement support. For an internship, you can try online through LinkedIn or another platform. Some seniors have got placement but are off campus.

Infrastructure: The college doesn't have very good facilities in data science but it's decent for lectures and guidance sessions. The library is small but has academic books. Wi-Fi is not good in college. The hostel is good with all basic facilities like water, geezer, bathroom, toilets. Mess food is good for survival. The canteen is also available in the hostel.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and strict so one needs to follow them for good marks and to fulfill attendance criteria. Curriculum is quite easy but it takes a lot of time. Most students pass easily but some get back due to low attendance or not serious studies. Course it outdated so not so helpful but is basic so you will have to learn them.

Decent college for self preparation and B.Tech degree.

Placements: Placements in CSE are very minimal, you cannot expect placements under the current conditions. Students in the CSE branch take off-campus placements. If you are looking for campus placements, you should not take admission here. However, if you can learn advanced skills, you can get off-campus jobs and internships. Most of seniors do not guide you about skills, but the new batch of CSE students has good students who are serious about advanced skills.

Infrastructure: We have separate hostels for boys and girls. Both hostels are quite big, especially boys' hostel, which has spacious rooms. First and second-year students get shared rooms with two boys in each room, while third and fourth-year students get single rooms. The hostel Facilities, Water filter/water cooler Geyser, separate bathrooms and toilets in each corridor However, Wi-Fi facility is not available, so you will have to set up your own Wi-Fi. The mess food is decent. Classrooms are good, but labs are not that big. The college infrastructure is not that good.

Faculty: Some teachers are very nice and will help you, but some are strict. If you don't listen to them, you will face problems, and they may also detain students. The semester exams are average and not that difficult. You can easily get a good score if you prepare one month in advance.

Other: Chose this college only if you want lower fee, are preparing for competitive exams like GATE, are self-dependent for learning skills, or only want a degree. Otherwise, you will get campus placements only in other branches like Electrical, Mechanical, and ECE.

Not satisfied with this college.

Placements: Average placements for CSE students. No companies will come, and there are no internships in this college. The highest placement is 4 LPA, which is not a good placement package. And the college didn't place any students on campus; the students have to make their own efforts for the job.

Infrastructure: Labs, classrooms, and the library are abnormal. There is an average mess faculty. No Wi-Fi or hostel facilities are available, and they are worse than expected. I suggest not taking admission to this college. There is no dispensary or medical facility near the college. You have to go 25 km if you have any kind of problems.

Faculty: Average teachers with less experience. There is no specific teacher for the specific subject. The worst classrooms, no auditorium, the worst infrastructure in computer labs, no computers are working. You have to purchase your own laptop for your work. Semester papers are hard.

Placements: Because there are fewer work opportunities and some organizations offer competitively lower compensation packages, many students choose to be placed off-campus. This encourages more students to look for better opportunities. Many companies, like Byjus, etc. Visit the campus.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent, offering basic amenities like Wi-Fi, well-appointed labs, and a library. Comprehensive sports facilities are offered, and the mess and canteen services are above average. The hostel has well-appointed rooms with an expensive layout.

Faculty: The teaching members have remarkable credentials and a helpful manner, providing efficient education that is in line with the curriculum and the needs of the students. Because the tests are made to be easily accessible, pupils have a greater success rate.

Other: The population of our campus is typical. Our college has a large campus. We pay less for college. There are numerous kinds of scholarships available to students. It's a good, reasonably priced college.

Placements: Placements don't depend on college. Placements depend on students' talents and skills. The salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. A few students got placed in our college with a salary package of 6 LPA. You can also apply for off-campus placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college is newly built. Labs and classrooms are well-managed. Classrooms are clean. Our college has greenery. Roads are clean. The canteen is excellent. They provide a variety of food items. The food served in the hostel is affordable. Our college has good parks.

Faculty: Faculty members are sincere and punctual. They work hard and focus on students. They conduct lectures as per the timetable. They take regular tests and clear our doubts.

Other: Our campus crowd is average. Our campus is spacious. Our college fee is less. Many types of scholarships are provided to students. It is an affordable and decent college.

Our campus is spread in a large area but the infrastructure is not so good.

Placements: There are very few students who got placed with less salary package. There are mass recruiters for full-time with low salary packages like Infosys. There is no internship drive and no single company comes for internships.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure is average. There is availability of Wi-Fi, labs, and good classrooms. Hostels are very good and well maintained. The quality of food in mess is average.

Faculty: Teaching staff is very helpful and cooperative. They have good knowledge and motivate students. They prepare students for job interviews and future exams like GATE. Semester exams are hard. The pass percentage is 85 to 90%.
