A decent college with good infrastructure.

Placements: Placement statistics for the Civil Engineering 2024 batch are around 30 to 40% placement. Package details. The highest package is 6 LPA, the minimum package is 2.4 LPA, and the average package is 3.5 LPA. No top-rated companies came to our college, though some students cracked government exams. The top roles offered are Site Engineer and Project Coordinator.

Infrastructure: High-speed Wi-Fi is available across the campus, including classrooms, the library, and hostel areas. However, the speed can vary during peak usage times. The civil engineering department is equipped with well-maintained labs, such as the surveying lab, concrete lab, and highway materials.

Faculty: Faculty and Teachers in the civil engineering department are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Most faculty members hold M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees from reputed institutions and have a good understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of civil engineering.

Other: I choose civil engineering because of my interest in infrastructure development, construction, and design. Civil engineering plays a major role in shaping modern society.

Only disappointed with this college because of location & lack of room availability near college.

Placements: As I have spent around 2.5 years in this college till now, I have heard about placements from various companies. Most students get placed in mechanical and computer departments. Some of my friends also say that this college is better for students of CSE and mechanical engineering. Around 90% of students with no backlogs get placed in previous semesters, but in civil engineering, only around 10 students get placed.

Infrastructure: The library is good, but if you want to borrow books, you have to reissue them after 7 days. The canteen food is below average. CSE labs are well-maintained, and Wi-Fi is available 24 hours a day. However, in the hostel, the electricity supply is very poor. In summer, it feels very uncomfortable, like being in a desert. The hostel does not provide coolers.

Faculty: All teachers are well qualified and teach in a very good way. They help us maintain good academic records. The college is affiliated with MDU Rohtak. Students need to study hard to clear the external semester exams. They should not depend only on the college. They should acquire additional skills along with their studies. Otherwise, teachers are the best.

Other: If you want to complete engineering at a low fee, this college is an option. However, there is no guarantee of placement. If you are strong in academics, you may still struggle because of the location. The college is far from the main road. You have to walk about 1 km from the highway to reach it. New principal is strict and is working to improve academic discipline and maintain a peaceful atmosphere. All faculty members are very good and respectful.
