    It is not a good college for engineering, but it is a good polytechnic.
    Placements: There are no campus drives. The polytechnic students are getting some placements in Chennai and Bangalore. For B.Tech students, there are no drives because of Corona.
    Infrastructure: The library is okay but not very updated. The books in the library are old. The labs are not good. The equipment is available, but only some of it is operational. There is no Wi-Fi facility. The canteen is not good, and the food served is below average.
    Faculty: The teachers here are good. Some have good knowledge of other subjects. Some teachers have a very good experience. A few teachers are freshers, like recent pass-outs from other colleges, and have joined this college for teaching and staffing. Some faculty members are very good at teaching.

    Our college is good to improve our technical skills.
    Placements: Students who have scored 60% of marks in their academics are choosing our civil engineering course. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. However, jobs may not secure. More than 40% of the students got an internship from our course.
    Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for our coarse like labs, classrooms and library are average. Facilities in our college are good. Canteen provided in our college was good. We are encouraged in sports like volleyball, cricket and kabaddi.
    Faculty: Teachers here are highly qualified, help us to improve our technical skills and helps us to get more knowledge. All the courses curriculum are relevant and make students industry-ready. All the teachers have completed their M.Tech graduation, and it helps us to get more knowledge.
    Other: I am interested in the construction field, so I have chosen civil engineering course.

    It is not a good college, but it is average.
    Placements: It is an average college. It is useful for jobholders.
    Infrastructure: There are many classrooms and labs for practicals. They provide the best at practicals. It is near to bus stand and railway station. It is not good, but a normal college. It provides bus facility. It is a good college for MBA students.
    Faculty: Half of the teachers in our college are well qualified and well educated. Some teachers are not good. They give their best, and they and very friendly. Some teachers teach well, and some of them were not good at teaching. They can learn very quickly to maintain a good education. There are educated lab sirs, and they will explain record books. They provide good communication skills. They are experienced.

    CIST Kakinada Mechanical batch review - Below average.
    Placements: I can tell hardly 20% of students were placed on campus (that too off-campus). The highest package was Rs 3.6 LPA & the lowest was Rs 2.8 LPA. None of us got any internships from companies.
    Infrastructure: Being a mechanical graduate, I can give a 2.5-star rating for mechanical labs. Although we have all the equipment but doesn't work properly. There is no free Wi-Fi for students. For each subject, we are having only 3-4 useful authors, let's imagine the probability of getting a textbook from the library is 0.045%.
    Faculty: All teachers & faculty are just graduated (completed B.Tech) as us. Only, a few are having an M.Tech degree and they are also not having enough knowledge to teach us. The pass percentage is 65 (who cleared all subjects). Only a few will be strict to syllabus books & curriculum given by the university.

    I am satisfied with the college and placements.
    Placements: Around 50% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are HCL, Wipro, TCS etc. We have done internships out of the college. As it is a developing college, it is putting its efforts to give the best to its students in all the ways, and in terms of placements, education, and most importantly, skills.
    Infrastructure: Hostels are secured and serve quality food for 100% sure. So, students need not to worry about food and security. Students are in a safe place, along with following the daily diet. Wi-Fi facility is available. Wardens are there to protect the children. If any medical assistance is required, they take instant care.
    Faculty: Faculty members are very good and very helpful in all possible ways. Apart from the subject, faculty members also teach communication skills and technical skills in any programming languages. Our college follows a strict timetable to mind for the semester. Extracurricular activities are also held in the college.
    Other: Our college is situated in the urban area with all the facilities in the nearby area itself. So, it is easy to get everything. If students have the intention to gain subject knowledge, they can definitely do it.

    Krishna Chaitanya Institute of Science and Technology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

    MCACandidate must have passed Bachelor degree of 3/4 years duration with Mathematics as one of the subject at Intermediate or Degree level with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute. 45% marks for BC categories. Candidate who are appearing for the final year degree examination are also be eligible. Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB. Candidate who passed all the subjects of the three years of any Degree course in one sitting is not eligible for admission.
    MBA/PGDMCandidate must have completed Bachelor degree of 3/4 years duration with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute. 45% marks for BC categories. Candidate who are appearing for the final year degree examination are also be eligible. Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB.     Chaitanya Institute Of Science And Technology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

    B.E. / B.TechCandidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering or any other examination recognised as equivalent there to, from a recognised Institute/ University, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana are also eligible. Candidates who have appeared in Diploma in Engineering and who are awaiting their results can also apply on provisional basis. Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana. Candidate should have completed 16 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission (2023). There is no upper age limit.
    MBA/PGDMCandidate must have completed Bachelor degree of 3/4 years duration with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute. 45% marks for BC categories. Candidate who are appearing for the final year degree examination are also be eligible. Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB. Candidate who passed all the subjects of the three years of any Degree course in one sitting is not eligible for admission.
    After 10th DiplomaCandidates should have passed S.S.C. Examination (Class 10th) conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P/TS. such as CBSE, ICSE, NIOS, A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), X class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects. Candidates belonging to NIOS/APOSS/Other Examinations recognised as equivalent to SSC by A.P. Govt. should have passed all the subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with minimum of 35% marks in each subject. Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in April/ May-2023, and whose results are yet to be declared can also apply. There is no age restriction.
    M.E./M.TechCandidate must have completed B.E./B.Tech. in relevant stream of engineering and technology and secure the above-mentioned minimum percentage (45% in case of reserved category candidates) from AICTE/UGC approved institution recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto. Preference will be given to candidates qualified in GATE in the relevant branch based on their test scores and the remaining seats with the candidates qualified in APPGECET as per their merit ranks. Final year student can also apply, provided they have completed the prescribed course and passed all the subjects for the award of degree by the concerned university on or before the date of counselling.
