It is one of the timepass colleges of Kanpur.
Placements: Placement ratio is quite low, with over 90 percent of the students neither placed nor pursuing higher studies. The highest package offered last year was 4 LPA. The average package offered is 2 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 1 LPA. Firms hire most of the students. On campus, the internship ratio is quite low, as only 6-7 students out of a batch of 120 got internships. Mostly, students seek off-campus internships.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure is quite worn out. Wi-Fi speed is quite low. Classroom benches are not very comfortable. However, it is regularly maintained, and the newly constructed library has almost all the required books and an environment for studying.
Faculty: Most teachers are really helpful and duly qualified. They provide us with almost all the required important questions and duly cover all topics. As for the relevance of this course, it needs alteration as the majority of subjects may not hold similar significance in the actual world. The pass percentage is quite high. Almost 98 percent of students pass exams, with varying difficulty levels.

I am dissatisfied with my college as they do not provide the best facilities.
Placements: As per my knowledge, not even a single good placement is to be placed in my batch. The package is around 1.5 LPA - 4 LPA. Microsoft and some top MNCs come to college. About 10-15% of students get internships not in known companies. B.Com is a bachelor's course. It offers roles like accountant or other lower-level finance roles.
Infrastructure: There is no good quality of bench and chair. Some of the classrooms even have just one fan in a big hall. The electricity backup is not proper. Batteries and generators are not connected with all classes. The canteen of the college is just like a basic grocery store. Only paced foods are available like chips, biscuits, and namkeens.
Faculty: Some of the teachers have knowledge of their subjects but they don't know how to convey it to students. The course curriculum is not yet ready for the industry as till now they focus on book language and marks. There is no practical knowledge. If a student has basic knowledge of the subject, they can easily pass the exam.
Other: I chose B.Com as it is easy to pass and get knowledge in the finance department. The style to convey the knowledge by teachers. Events, fests, etc., should be there once a year so everyone can relax and mix with each other.

Good college in the Kanpur city.
Placements: I don't think anyone who comes to Christ Church College to do B.Com. You have to think about any job placement from here. I have seen some Rozgaar melas organised 1 or 2 times a year and not many big companies come. I have never attended these events so I have no idea about the placement rate but I don't think there are any good packages for just B.Com pass graduates.
Infrastructure: It is a very old college. The infrastructure is not that good. It is just like your regular old college. There may be some good views and greenery inside the college as there is a garden with a good atmosphere. I have not seen a computer lab in a college so I have no idea about that and also have no idea about any Wi-Fi. The library is very big and has a lot of space to sit and study. There are no hostel facilities. I don't think there is any good canteen.
Faculty: The faculty is good. They have great knowledge about the courses they teach. The curriculum is as per the university. The college doesn't have its courses. In fact, all colleges in this city are affiliated with CSJMU University. They follow the same curriculum specified by the university. Semester exams are not that hard and are just normal exams nothing too remarkable. I think everyone gets a passing percentage.
Other: I chose B.Com just for my side graduation degree as I am pursuing a professional course. I don't have much expectation from B.Com but it's better than nothing. There are many events and extracurricular activities in the college. There is a huge sports ground but it is not on the college premises. It is situated in the other location outside the college premises.

Being a commerce graduate itself does not help you get a job in well-reputed companies just like the B.Tech courses.

Honest review about my college.
Placements: Approximately 10% students get placement and the highest package was 1,50,000. The lowest package was 1,00,000 and the average package was 1,25,000. These packages were offered for B.Com students only. Top recruiting companies were local like, Tally Work, Data Feeding, etc. No internship offered. Top roles offered in our course were accounting, auditing, marketing, business administration, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities are not too much good. But the infrastructure of the college is quite impressive. Wi-Fi facility is not available for students. It is for teachers and staff only. Classrooms are big but not cleaned properly. Library is good and peaceful. You can study there silently. You can issue books also. No hostel and mess facility. Sports and games are available. NCC and NSS are also offered. You can join these also.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and Ph.D. holders in their respective subjects and possess experience and expertise. Teaching methods are satisfactory. Course curriculum is relevant. It will modify you. You will understand the concepts easily. Examinations are held once a year and the passing percentage is approximately 90%. Exam level is moderate. You can easily attempt questions if you have attended regular classes.

Satisfied with my college.
Placements: Almost 90% of students were placed in my college. About 70% of students got internship in various companies. Students who did not get any placements got the chance to learn something. There were almost 100 students in my batch. The top role offered in my course is charted accountant.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure were quite good. The library was there through which we could solve our queries. Medical facilities were also there to help students who needed them. Our college has NCC course in which interested candidates can take part.
Faculty: Teachers were always there to help students. Even when college time was over, teachers were ready to help students during the difficult times. They give us extra classes in exam times and help us to make our notes. Semester exams were not that difficult. Those who study well can clear the exams easily.
Other: I chose this course because I want to prepare for bank exams in the future. I have other plans and if I cannot clear the bank exams.

Christ church college review.
Placements: There is no placement at the college. Students need to focus on other things than college for placements or jobs like CS, CA, or other professional courses, CAT, other management courses, or other government exams. They don't provide placements or very low packages.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility at the college. Infrastructure is average. Not like other top colleges. It's average, but okay. No AC classrooms. There is no AC library. Playground is not in college. It's somewhere else. The college building is pretty but small. It has a GCR.
Faculty: The facilities are good. They help students. Some are not concerned. But others help a lot. They focus on the college circular only and have no other knowledge. They should add some other knowledgeable things for the students too. Students here don't come to college regularly.

It is a good college for those who want to do their graduation side by side with other studies.
Placements: Placements are average, but they are good compared to Kanpur University. Students with more than 70% are eligible for placements, but only two or three students get selected. Placements are offered through Kanpur University.
Infrastructure: Some facilities are good, and some are bad as usual. The infrastructure looks good from the outside, but there is a need to replace those old tables, chairs, and podiums. The playground is situated in the cantonment area.
Faculty: Faculty members are good, helpful, and qualified. The teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is relevant, but it does not make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are quite typical for some subjects. The passing percentage is 33%.
Other: I opted for this course as a side course while I am pursuing my CA.

Good college if you are pursuing a professional course along with your Bachelors or Masters.
Placements: The placement process is rather slow and not every body gets placed. Not many companies visit the college and the one's that do donot give a decent package. Most students are not informed about the placement cell and have no knowledge about placements happening in the college.
Infrastructure: The classrooms here smells really bad. There is not enough lighting and air conditioning is absent. The classrooms looks dull and gloomy. There are however sports team, NCC camps in which you can participate. There are also extra curricular activities taking place throughout the academic year.
Faculty: The teachers however are really helpful and humble. Their way of teaching is superb and one can easily understand the topics taught by them. They are well versed with the topics and are always ready to take your doubts. They are really strict about the curriculum.
Other: I only chose the college because it is one of the best government colleges in Kanpur.
