Yes, you can join Rama University Kanpur directly as a foreign student. Rama University offers direct admission for international students without requiring them to appear for the RU Entrance Test. To apply for direct admission, you need to follow these steps:

1. Register yourself and create an individual online account at the university website
2. Fill out the application form carefully with all the required details
3. Pay the application fees by depositing cash or a Demand Draft to the specified address

Please note that the application fee for foreign students is INR 1,000. Once you have completed these steps, you can apply for the formal admission to any one of the courses offered by Rama University. To get admission at Rama University Kanpur, Indian candidates must clear the Rama University Entrance Test (RUET) after successfully clearing 10+2 from any recognised education board.
