CII Noida offers a postgraduate-level Management courses, MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Admission to CII Noida MBA is entrance-based and the college accepts various national-level entrance exams such as  CAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ XAT. The college also accepts the score entrance exam held at Amity Noida Campus. The selection criteria of CII Noida also include previous academic records, English language tests, Extempore and Personal Interviews. Candidates with a minimum of 60% marks in class 10, class 12 and graduation are eligible to apply for CII Noida courses.

CII School of Logistics offers admission to MBA programmes in a full-time mode. Candidates need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria, i.e., pass graduation with minimum 50-60% aggregate in the relevant stream. Moreover, candidates are required to qualify for any one of the entrance exam among CAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT, a personal interview round, extempore and an English Language Test.
