1. Apply & Appear for CAT/XAT/MAT/UPESMET
UPES BTech admissions take place through the CAT/XAT/MAT/UPESMET. Candidates applying for BTech at the university should apply and appear for the entrance exam. A valid CAT/XAT/MAT/UPESMET score is necessary to seek admission. Candidates should wait for counselling once they’ve taken the exam.
2. Apply for MBA admissions at UPES
Once the CAT/XAT/MAT/UPESMET results are announced, candidates can apply for counselling. In the counselling process, candidates can apply for MBA admissions at UPES. The application fee for BTech admission at the university is INR 2,000, which is non-refundable. The university offers seven specialised courses, and candidates have to choose any one of them. Once the candidate has appeared for counselling, they can block their seat and apply for admission later by visiting the university campus. UPES Dehradun MBA Scholarships 2026
All students who have applied for admission to UPES MBA courses (regular) except the Global Pathway Program (GPP) and have graduated from any recognised university exam (mentioned under AIU) shall be eligible for consideration for this scholarship. However, this Scholarship shall be awarded only to those students who have complied with the below-defined scholarship criteria for the first year. There is no subsequent renewal.
Further, MBA students can get a scholarship of 20% on tuition fees (per semester) during the first year. Check out the following table for more details on UPES MBA scholarships:
