Is PDM University is more expensive than Meri College of Engineering and Technology - MERI CET?

PDM University and MERI CET, both are located in Haryana. Both the universities offers a variety of UG and PG courses. However PDM University is on a much larger scale. It has 12 different institutions run by PDMREA. It is definitely more expensive than MERI CET. For instance the average tuition fee

They should produce Original Nativity Certificate. Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply.
