Placements: Almost 70% of the students got placed in various companies in our course. The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.50 LPA. The average salary package offered was 2.40 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Kotak Mahindra Bank, Capegemini, Wipro, Oyo etc. Top roles like assistant manager, audit officer were offered to students in our course. Almost 90% of the student got an opportunity for an internship.
Infrastructure: During the course, various instances would be provided for the practical approach to the financial sector. Classrooms are well-ventilated with well-desked. In the hostel, you will be provided with a clean, airy room with well food availability. There is a huge playground to spend our leisure time.
Faculty: Teachers at DAV College are one of the best in the Punjab region. They help you not only during the course but also assist in your career planning. B.Com and PGDFS course which I did in DAV helped a lot during the recruitment process as students are provided with practical knowledge.
