Dr. DY Patil Law College acccepts MHCET law for admission to LLB. For admission to LLB, the cutoff score required for the General AI category candidates was 93.82, in the last round. Therefore, at 90 score, it is not possible to get admission to LLB, for the General AI category candidates.

For the General Home State quota candidates, the cutoff score for admission to LLB was 91.85. Therefore, for the General HS quota candidates also, the admission is not possible at score 90. However, for categories other than General, it is possible to get admission at score 90, as the closingscore is much lower than 90. 

It depends on the candidate's educational background and plans. BA LLB is an integrated course of five years, where students study both LLB and Arts subjects. The CET Cell Maharashtra published a revised schedule for the Centralised Admission Process, or CAP for MH CET Law 3-year LLB 2023. Now, the MH CET 2023 CAP registration form for 3-year LLB for MS and OMS candidates can be filled out till Jul 20. 
MH CET Law 2023 5-year LLB Round 1 (revised merit list), has been released on Jul 8. Also, Round 2 merit list is expected to be released on Jul 19 for Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) and Maharashtra State (MS) candidates.

Yes, the DY Patil School of Law offers five-year BA LLB programme. Candidates can get a seat in the integrated course based on merit in last qualifying exam or scores in MH CET Law exam. Additionally, it is also necessary that aspirants fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements, i.e., Class 10 and 12 or equivalent exam pass with at least 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST).
