    Review of Dayanand Mahila Mahavidyalay.
Placements: The package through campus placements is 5 LPA. Companies like Morgan Stanley recruit through our placement cell. The training and placement cell conducts sessions to teach students how to build CVs and tackle personal interview questions. About around 65% students from my course landed internships in companies including Zomato, Red Bull, McKinsey, Reliance, Tata, etc.
Infrastructure: Each hostel room accommodates 2–3 students. The room is furnished with a table, chair, almirah, wardrobe, and bed. Common areas, such as visitor rooms and common rooms, are available. High-speed internet services are available 24 hours a day, and we also have a good canteen facility.
Faculty: I chose this course because I want to go into banking, so this is the perfect course according to my perspective. The curriculum doesn't prepare for real-world application or any further academic pursuits. Teaching methods are very easy so that every student can be understood. The exams are 2 months long, with lots of internal and external exams.

This college provides you with great exposure to develop yourself.
Placements: Placements in DAVV-10 Chandigarh are not that satisfactory. Firstly, they don't notify us before they schedule interviews. Students get to know it the day before the scheduled date. Companies that come are local companies which do not offer good packages.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is good. We have 4 parks, 2 main canteen and other eating points. Classrooms are nice. Free Wi-Fi facility is available. Good and clean hostels are available for boys and girls. The library is good, and you can find a great number of books plus the environment you need to study. Food provided in the canteen is good, and the service is fast.
Faculty: The college offers numerous graduation and postgraduation courses. Many extracurricular activities. The college provides good exposure. Teachers are good, supportive, very helpful and qualified. The management staff are good, helpful and polite. You can find different ways to develop yourself.
Other: Every year, a college fest is held which is super fun. The campus crowd is amazing and super talented.

I am not satisfied with the placements, but the faculty and infrastructure are good.
Placements: I don't have much idea about placements in DAV as I did my Bachelors from MCM DAV college. But, according to me, the placement cell of DAV is average, and the packages offered are not much good. Different roles are offered to the students according to their qualifications.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of DAV is amazing as it is very clean and hygienic. The campus is huge and well-ventilated. The management is good. Some of the classrooms are well-maintained, and some are not. The library is very good.
Faculty: Teachers in the commerce department are amazing. They have abundant knowledge. They make the complex topic simpler. I don't have much idea about the faculty of other departments. They are very helpful. They guide students whenever required.

A satisfactory masters degree in the DAV's environment.
Placements: More companies should be called for the placements, and proper information about them should be given to the students prior to their arrival as we depend on the jobs after the course completion. Better placements will help us grow more in our lives. Better packaged companies should be called.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is moderately fine. Only two things should be changed which include better sanitation of the washrooms and cleaning of the watercoolers once in every two months. Everything else apart from these two is fine. The hostel rooms are OK. There are time constraints for girls which can be changed.
Faculty: The faculty is good. They have proper information about the course. But they should focus on self-teaching first. They try to take out the presentations. This should be initiated after the course gets completed. Then the children will feel more confident to give the presentation hence should help them.

Good experience about everything else except for water coolers and washrooms.
Placements: We want more companies to come for placement. A better communication method has to be opted for placements. Half of the times, we are not well informed that companies are coming to the college. More companies should come because, we as a stream, rely on a job after course completion.
Infrastructure: Everything is good. Washrooms should be more clean and sanitised. Watercooler should be properly cleaned at least once in two months. The infrastructure of the class can be improved for faculty. They can have a sitting chair at least one in each class. Except for this, all other facilities are moderately satisfactory.
Faculty: The teachers are good. They have full information about their subject but should focus on teaching rather than taking presentations every day. After the course completion, presentations should then be initiated. Everything else is good. There is nothing else to talk about, than this.

Other: The faculty is experienced. The infrastructure is good and moreover, the college supports the co-curricular activities which are necessary for the all-round development of a student. The students get a lot of exposure which helps to boost their confidence. I am not happy with the placements. A limited number of companies visit the campus for placements. However, the college is better than many other colleges of the city.
