Placements: 8.5 CGPA is mandatory for placement interview. 5 to 8 LPA is the average package. Tata, Wipro are the top recruiting companies. Roles are there as per interview basis like Data Scientist, Data Analytics. The department is good for studying but not value for money and there is no scholarship for this course.
Placements: Placement sessions were conducted by offices by inviting resourceful, knowledgeable trainers. Students got placed in various roles like business analyst, data analyst, management trainee, HR trainee, finance, accounting, and so forth. The maximum salary compensation given to hired talent was 7.9 LPA.
Placements: My batch is the very first batch of this course. It's a 3-year BSC program. Currently I am in my third year; the placements drive has started, and in the first semester itself, more than 10–15 students have gotten placements in various MNC and PVT companies. All the companies they got placed with are reputed. For freshers like us, we'll get around 450000/pa package. We'll get placed in the fields of machine learning, data science, and artificial intelligence.
Placements: I was part of the 2023 passing batch of the Data Science course. Around 75% of students got placed. The highest package was 12 LPA, and the average package was 5.5 LPA. The lowest package was 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course include TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Deloitte, and IBM. Around 60% of students got internships at companies like Wipro, Capgemini, and various startups. Top roles such as data analyst, business analyst, and machine learning engineer are offered.
Placements: Last year, the lowest package offered by TCS is 3.5 LPA. The highest package offered by Infosys is 6.5 LPA. The average package is 5 LPA. Many students in the SPPU come only for graduation. Many students opt for the off-campus placement or rather they choose a master's and then they go for a job.
Placements: 90 percent of students were placed in our course. The highest package is 2 lacs, the lowest is 50k and the average is a 1 lac package offered in our course. Top recruiting companies are offered for our course. 99 percent of students got internships from our courses and from the top companies. The top roles offered in our course were at the best college in Pune.
