No, there is no direct admission to Kurukshetra University for any undergraduate or postgraduate programs. All admissions are based on merit or through an entrance exam. 

The university offers admission to students seeking two-year bachelor's degrees at its affiliated colleges through its own admissions portal. Eligibility requires a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree with 45% to 55% marks. Selection is based on merit.

Yes, the Directorate of Distance Education, Kurukshetra University (DDE KUK) accepts offline applications. To apply offline, you can:

The application fee for the general category is INR 600, and INR 150 for the reserved category. The offline registration fee is INR 800 for the general category and INR 200 for the reserved category. 

The DDE KUK is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM–5:30 PM and Sunday from 10 AM–5:30 PM.

The Directorate of Distance Education (DDE) at Kurukshetra University only accepts merit-based applicants. For undergraduate programs, applicants must have a 12th grade diploma. For postgraduate courses, applicants must have a bachelor's degree. MBAs require entrance exams. 

The DDE offers a 25% tuition fee concession to girls who score more than 70% in Class 12. Blind students from Haryana may also receive a full tuition fee concession. 

Admissions are based on certificates issued by a recognised board or university. No admissions are made based on certificates issued by a school, college, or institute principal.
