No, After completing LLB you become a lawyer, however, you are still not an advocate and hence cannot practice law. To become an advocate and to practice law as a profession, you mandatorily need to clear the All India Bar Examination (AIBE). After qualifying AIBE, one can practice law as a full fledged profession.
Q: Can I start a law practice without a Law degree or become a lawyer?

No, you cannot become a lawyer without a Law degree. You mandatorily need to obtain degrees such as BA/BCom/BSc/BBA LLB or LLB in order to be a lawyer in India. To become a lawyer, one must first complete three-year or five-year LLB from a recognised university and possess degree certificate. Then, they must enrol themselves in local Bar Council of the concerned state and enrolled as an advocate. Within two years of the enrolment, they must appear and clear AIBE in order to be eligible to practise anywhere in India.
Q: What is the difference between the syllabus of Andhra Pradesh LAWCET and the syllabus of CLAT?
A:
Both the AP LAWCET and CLAT entrance exam are conducted for admission to the Law schools in India, however, the syllabus for these exams are different on many parameters and candidates should strategise differently for both the exams. AP LAWCET exam has sections including Current Affairs, Legal Aptitude, Contract Law, Constitution, etc. and the CLAT entrance exam sections include English Language, Legal Aptitude, Mathematics, etc. AP LAWCET does not have mathematics subjects, AP LAWCET exam focus more on regional knowledge. CLAT generally covers the deeper aspects of the particular subject.

My review On Dispur Law College.
Placements: This college doesn't have placements as it is a law college but not a reputed one so students getting passed out have to get a license to practice law and then they themselves go to look out for job opportunities or they can further do other courses abroad.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is okayish because we have no hostel or any PG support whatsoever. Students coming from neighbouring states have to look for their accommodation as the college doesn't have any role in that. Secondly, we have a library from where we can borrow a book for a time period f 7 days.
Faculty: The faculty is good/average because some teachers are good at their job but all of them are not punctual. Most of them tend to come 10-15 late to the classroom. Some teachers use the wrong pronunciation and lack basic English speaking skills.
Other: If I'm being honest, I chose law after watching suits and better call saul. Also, there were some personal things happening which required me to research the law and it got me interested in law-related stuff basically. I wish teachers to be a little bit more understanding for those who don't understand Assamese and to also check if students are actually grasping the knowledge they are given.

It has a perfect environment foe the students in the field of law.
Placements: Placements are quite impressive. But it is yet to take the high pace as it is supposed to be. Most of the students get chances of practicing under some senior advocates. And some get chances to do practice in district courts. Even some get chances to assist senior advocates privately.
Infrastructure: Infrastructures are quite alluring as it has all kind of facilities such as sports compound, gymnasium, cultural activity practice centre etc. College provide free Wi-Fi facility to the fraternity. There is a library which is open for the whole week. And it also has a computer centre.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and escort the students to be able to get the proper knowledge. The students get the opportunities to assist the seniors. The course curriculum is made to excel the students on proper practical field. Course is set to make the students gain the theoretical and practical knowledge as well.
Other: The campus provide the overall facilities by which a student can be the excelled in their respective field.

The college is good. I don't say that this college is superior to all.
Placements: This college has good placements. I know nothing about the campus placements in this college. We haven't even seen any placement during our days. It is very difficult in India to find a government job. You have to struggle very hard to find a job in government sector.
Infrastructure: There is no canteen in the college, and bathrooms are ugly. Even the lights of some classes are useless. The college campus is ugly. There are many disturbances from the outsiders. There is some equipment to play some games, but all are useless. Even the library doesn't have enough books. Every year, the college committee organises an annual sports week.
Faculty: The teachers are good, responsive, and very much helpful. They try their best to help the students. The faculty members in each department are good, and they are very aware of our future. They give us all the notes, related to the curriculum. We can proudly say that they the are the best.
Other: There are many events and fests held in our college, and the campus crowd is decent. The connectivity is also good.
