The placements are quite poor and companies such as byju's visit our campus to recruit the mechanical engineering students in very less quantity.

Placements are average in this college.
Placements: A lot of mass recruiters come, and at least 70% of people get placed. The T&P is a bit strict, and the interviews get a bit tough. Faculty is very helpful with placements. Internships are mandatory. Placements are alright in this college, but don't expect Tier 1-level placements.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel provided by the college. Students have to find accommodation on their own. The area around the campus is not very safe to stay in. A few kilometers away, there is DU North Campus, but the rent there is very high. Transport is readily available outside the college. The infrastructure is good, but there is no AC, so the classrooms become very hot during summer. The architecture is beautiful, though.
Faculty: There are a lot of subjects for this particular course. There is always one extra subject compared to other branches. It is not difficult to score, and an 8 CGPA can be maintained very easily. The curriculum is very relevant compared to other branches, and teachers are pretty helpful.
Other: I chose this course because I find Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. It is very interesting because they are changing the course of the industry. The surroundings could be better. The area around the college is a bit unsafe, but inside the college, the crowd is pretty nice.

An average college with an IPU ranking of MAIT > MSIT > BVCOE > ADGIPS ~ BPIT ~ VIPS.
Placements: The placement rate is average. The average package is around 3–5 LPA. A few students get placed in companies like Amazon, Google, and other reputed companies. The top recruiting companies are service-based companies. If you study well, build projects, and develop your skills, then you can get placed.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available only in the library. Neither the classrooms nor the library has AC. The canteen food is just okay. The lab PCs have been upgraded this year. There is no hostel facility.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. However, you need to study from YouTube for the exams. Teachers give good marks in the internal assessments, but only if you attend their classes and respond to them.
Other: The campus crowd is good. Students are enthusiastic and participate in organizing various events, competitions, and hackathons. College societies are active. There are no scholarships for students from other states. I chose this college because I am from another state. I was not very familiar with it when I was admitted based on my JEE rank of around 2 lakh. Under the Delhi quota, students can get this college with a JEE rank of around 3–6 lakh. The college has a small playground for sports.

ADGIPS College review for new students.
Placements: The recent placements were amazing as the offers were from companies like Deloitte, Amazon, and Google. The lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the average is 8 LPA, which gives a great Return on Investment on the fee. I would recommend everyone to get admission here.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is amazing, and the canteen is nice. Food served is above average and a bit pricey, but it works just fine. The older canteen guy is much nicer, and this one is fine as well. There are no hostels, so students have to manage their own commute, lodging, and PG.
Faculty: Semester exams are pretty easy. You can easily score above 9 CGPA with a week's worth of study. The curriculum is pretty easy and nice. It doesn't require too much brain power, but it is a bit outdated in some branches like IT and CSE. AIM has a pretty new curriculum.
Other: The attendance policy is pretty good, and teachers are also nice and helpful.

Below average placements, good infrastructure, but poor faculty.
Placements: As far as I have discussed with my seniors the average package is just 4 LPA-5 LPA that too by mass recruiters like TCS and all. The lowest can be as low as 3 LPA. The highest package is about 12 LPA-13 LPA which is also by toppers and dedicated students. The on-campus placements are very poor. The top recruiting companies are Amazon and all but rarely, most students opt for off-campus placements, so the percentage is low. The internships are mostly unpaid, or we have to pay for them, otherwise the college doesn't provide much.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi is slow. The classrooms don't have AC, which is below average. The canteen food is poor. The college doesn't have any hostels. The medical facilities are also just average. For sports and games, it's okayish.
Faculty: Some teachers are well qualified and actually knowledgeable while some are so non-attending. My Maths teacher didn't even take a single class in my first semester, no action was taken and almost the same behaviour in the 2nd semester and the same with the Physics teacher in the 2nd semester. The curriculum is okay, and semester exams are easy. Pass percentage is 40 marks per subject (theory and internal). The faculty is good and supportive.
Other: I was a dropout and I chose this course just because I didn't want to waste another year and there's nothing good in this college. The course is okay I do grind by myself. Self-hustle is the only thing that can take you somewhere from this college. Everything needs to be fixed in my course including the labs. Events and fests are okay. They do delay or sometimes even cancel the events which is so absurd.

It's an average college, only good thing about it is that you get a GGSIPU degree.
Placements: The placement of this college is average. This year (2026) out of 927 students 726 students got placed including management and technical fields. As of now this year which is 2026 the highest package is 13 LPA and the average package is around 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: There is a library in the college which has two parts. One part is without AC and one part is with AC. There is a small badminton court, a football ground, and a cricket field. No class has air conditioning in the summer, there are enough water coolers in the college.
Faculty: This college is under Guru Gobind Singh Indraprasth University. Exams are pretty easy to score you can get a 9 CGPA if you study a little hard. There is no problem with attendance you can study for other exams and teachers are pretty good and lenient in nature.
Other: I chose this course because I like to build systems and I'm very much interested in tech. The college is on 9 acres only so you get a very small campus. The main fest is only the IPU fest but many societies organise social gatherings.

Good considerable option if you get it on your rank.
Placements: Around 50–60% of students get placed at an average of 5–6 LPA. Some decent companies visit the campus and offer placements. If you are talented, you should go for off-campus placements for better opportunities, as the college mainly provides average placements. However, placements are good compared to other IPU colleges at the same ranking.
Infrastructure: We have sufficient labs, classrooms, and a library. However, AC is not available. Some classrooms in Block 1 now have AC, and there are plans to install AC in the future, but currently most classrooms do not have AC, which causes issues, especially in summer. The college does not have any hostel facility.
Faculty: Teachers are average like a typical engineering college. Attendance is not very strict, and teaching quality is average. Teachers are helpful and give good internal marks unless there are issues. The course is outdated and not industry-ready. Semester exams are manageable, and if you study, you can score 7–9 CGPA easily.
Other: CSE is a good and in-demand branch that offers many opportunities. The curriculum could be updated to make it more industry-ready. Events and fests are decent. The college crowd is below average, but connectivity is good. The campus surroundings are not very safe. Extracurricular activities and societies are good, especially Word Wizards.
