No, After completing LLB you become a lawyer, however, you are still not an advocate and hence cannot practice law. To become an advocate and to practice law as a profession, you mandatorily need to clear the All India Bar Examination (AIBE). After qualifying AIBE, one can practice law as a full fledged profession. 

MHCET Law 2023 Centralised Admission Process (CAP) includes the following steps:

The CET Cell Maharashtra releases MH CET Law merit lists after CAP process. The merit lists are released in different rounds for both 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB courses. 

No, you cannot become a lawyer without a Law degree. You mandatorily need to obtain degrees such as BA/BCom/BSc/BBA LLB or LLB in order to be a lawyer in India. To become a lawyer, one must first complete three-year or five-year LLB from a recognised university and possess degree certificate. Then, they must enrol themselves in local Bar Council of the concerned state and enrolled as an advocate. Within two years of the enrolment, they must appear and clear AIBE in order to be eligible to practise anywhere in India. 

Dr. DY Patil Law College cutoff 2024 was released for the last round. The cutoff was released for candidates from different categories under the All India and Home State quotas. During the Dr. D. Y. Patil Law College MH CET cutoff 2024, the Round 1 cutoff for BA LLB was 91.12 for the General category students in the AI quota. Similarly, the closing score in the last round stood at 90.85. For LLB, the round 1 and last round closing ranks for the General AI category were 91.12 and 90.85, respectively. The CET Cell Maharashtra published a revised schedule for the Centralised Admission Process, or CAP for MH CET Law 3-year LLB 2023. Now, the MH CET 2023 CAP registration form for 3-year LLB for MS and OMS candidates can be filled out till Jul 20. 
MH CET Law 2023 5-year LLB Round 1 (revised merit list), has been released on Jul 8. Also, Round 2 merit list is expected to be released on Jul 19 for Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) and Maharashtra State (MS) candidates.
