Myself and my college life of 2025.

Placements: Almost 70-75% of students were getting selected in the placements. They get around rupees 15,000-20,000 in the placements. Top recruitment companies such as Infosys, TCS, Accenture, etc. were visiting our campus. The student's choice is to select the internship company. So they have to attend 21-30 days in the company. The roles such as business administration, business analyst, data analytics, etc.

Infrastructure: The hostel is named GRD, meaning hostel. The capacity of the rooms are around 75-85 including PG rooms. The hostel contains facilities such as Wi-Fi (with high-speed data), medical room, first aid facilities, biometric (face and fingerprint) facilities, etc. Our department contains a lab with AC, computers with high-speed Wi-Fi data, our library contains mostly all types of books with biometric facility. The mess food was good and hygienic.

Faculty: The teachers in our department were well-qualified with Ph.D. degrees. Their teaching quality was good enough and student-friendly where students are requested or welcome to ask doubts of them. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant to the world and it also makes students get ready to face the industry. The level of difficulty of semester exams is low because students can prepare the night before the exam to pass the exam. The pass percentage of the exam is 50-55%.

Other: Our batch is good and friendly in nature. The best things about our course are good faculty members and a well-designed curriculum. About events, good to watch like Face to Face (cinema celebrities will be invited), SCIB League, and GRD off-BEAT, etc. The events will be conducted regularly every week.

Myself and My College Life in 2 Years.

Placements: More the 70% of students get placed on the campus. As a fresher, they get around 20000-30000 minimum. Students can choose their intern company, Analyst, administration, etc. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, etc. Students were interested in placement who study in MBA.

Infrastructure: The campus was good in infrastructure. We have specifically 2 labs per block. So the college has 4 blocks. Wi-Fi was set up on every floor of the college. The college has Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Library. The quality of food is good and decent. In the hostel, we have 1 Wi-Fi, and the hostel was fully secured by CCTV cameras.

Faculty: The teachers were helpful in studying and free to ask doubts. They were qualified and knowledgeable. Most of them completed their doctorate. Yes, the course curriculum is related and relevant. The semester was easy to write, and the students could pass by learning before the day of the exam. The pass percentage is above 50%.

Other: I have chosen this to develop myself and get ready to face this industry. The course was better and improved. Events will be happening 3 per week.

It is a pure gem in Coimbatore.

Placements: Around 60% of students from our course get placed. The highest salary package offered ranges between 2-2.5 LPA. The lowest salary offered ranges between Rs. 10,000-15,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Accenture, Tidel Park, RND Softech, and ICICI Bank visit the college to hire students. The top roles offered are analyst and sales manager.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not that big. There are separate blocks like scib, IT, main block, and IM block. SCIB is where B.Com courses are contained. IT block is for computer science students like B.Sc computer science. The main block is for visual communication, English literature, and psychology courses.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Our staff members work on what they are going to teach today in prior. They make ports and give us notes to take, which are in a simplified form. Semester exams are not at all tough. It is very easy to crack.

Other: I chose this course because I was fixed in my mind that I would do an MBA.

Teachers are very strict.

Placements: Students who got the best percentage got placed in this course. My best friend from school time selected this course. The salary packages were good before. I rejected the salary package of 8 LPA because I had to start my startup. Now my startup evaluation is about 10 CPA.

Infrastructure: Facilities were always good. Due to Corona, there were no classes for 1 year. Facilities like CCTV cameras, Wi-Fi, a free environment, and everything was perfect. The quality of the food was good. Sometimes, students got a coupon for a discount in the canteen. There was no sports faculty.

Faculty: Teachers were very strict. Sometimes, they scolded students for very small mistakes. Their teaching quality was great. Whatever they explained, it was always clear to every student. Semesters were easy for students who studies just 1 month before exams. Students passed easily.

Other: The campus maintenance should be done because somewhere the road is broken roads, etc., need improvements.

Placements: The college was good in providing placements facilities and the company which frequently attend our college is TCS, Amazon, HCL etc. 70% of the people will be attending our college campus. The package which provided for freshers is 15000-30000. The students who scores 70% will be allowed to attend the interview.

Infrastructure: The course was good enough and the faculty members are also good in teaching background with qualified background. Facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms are good. Coming to the hostel the food was quite good. Same schedule but it includes neatness and hygiene.

Faculty: The teachers were qualified with strong academic background and also knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also good enough. The students were encouraged to study and also motivated in the way they teach. Yes, the students who studies this course are ready to face the industry. The semester exams were easy and not much difficult stage. The pass percentage for the semester exams is 55 to 60%.

Other: The course is good enough. I choose this course because it is relevant to industry and current situation. It is also helpful in knowing the current scenario.

Placements: Dr. G.R. Damodaran College of Science is getting good placement companies like Accenture, TCS, Amazon, KGISL, and Tidal. Students are also applying to more companies. The percentage of students getting selected in campus recruitment is 70%. The minimum package offered to freshers is around Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000.

Infrastructure: Dr. G.R. Damodaran College of Science has less infrastructure than other colleges in Coimbatore. However, the students who study here are well-informed and capable of doing more extracurricular activities.
