All about MIB at GRD. These are the best years of my life.

Placements: Our college conducts placement drives annually and establishes a group specifically for students interested in placements. Interested students are notified and introduced to companies around the country, as well as those outside the country. About 80% of the students get assured placements in reputed organizations. 1.5 LPA is the highest package if I'm not wrong. TCS, Tech Mahindra, Flipkart, Amazon, top banks, etc., are some companies that come for recruiting.

Infrastructure: The facilities offered in the institution are top-notch, with good infrastructure, facilities like lab, Wi-Fi, canteen, library, etc. Hostel facilities are good with top security. The canteen provides tasty and affordable food. There is a basketball court for the students to play on.

Faculty: The faculty is well-educated and highly qualified. They are helpful and knowledgeable. They provide business information and other necessary information apart from the subject. The curriculum is relevant. It makes us industry-ready. The semester exams aren't that difficult, nor are they very easy. It tests our knowledge correctly. The pass mark is 37 out of 100.

Other: Face-to-face meetings are conducted every once in a while with celebrities and top business and industry professionals. The campus includes students from both North and South India. Everybody is mostly friendly here, and there is no ragging. Seniors are friendly too.

One of the best college for MIB.

Placements: Almost 97% of the students were placed. The highest package offered was INR 10 LPA, the lowest was INR 4 LPA, and the average package was around INR 6.5 LPA. Top recruiting firms are Deloitte, EY, HCL, and Infosys. 70% of students get internships. Top firms that offer internships are Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant, and various international trade firms. Top roles such as Business Analyst, International Sales Manager, and Supply Chain Coordinator are offered.

Infrastructure: All the basic facilities required for a residential student are available at the Management Institute. There is a well-equipped computer center, a finance lab, and a vast library with an online and offline collection of books, materials, journals, etc. The student-run committee of the institute organizes various programs and festivals throughout the year and provides the best hostel facilities for students. All the rooms have all the necessary things for the students. Mess food has a good range of food options from all over India, and the taste of the food is a premium experience. There are also various sports and extra-curricular activities.

Faculty: The faculty members here are very good. Our teachers were helpful. The teaching quality was good. They are experts in their department. The beauty of our college faculty is that they push students to discover their own solutions. The academic syllabus here is one of the most rigorous in the country. The curriculum is well-aligned with the current industry requirements. The semester exam was average. The pass rate was 75–95%.

Placements: I am currently pursuing the Master of International Business (MIB) course at Dr. G. R. Damodaran College of Science. For the previous batch, approximately 85% of students were successfully placed. The highest package offered was around INR 8 LPA, the lowest being INR 3 LPA, with an average package of INR 5 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Cognizant. About 80% of students secured internships in reputed companies like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Godrej. The most common roles offered were in business development, marketing, and operations management.

Infrastructure: The college provides excellent infrastructure for the MIB course. The department is equipped with modern classrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, well-maintained computer labs, and a comprehensive library with a variety of academic resources. The hostel facilities are quite good, with clean rooms and hygienic food in the mess. There is a canteen offering a variety of food options, and basic medical facilities are also available on campus. Overall, the best college for MBA course.

Placements: This college had a campus interview. Here, 60% of students got placement. The package offered is between Rs. 20,000 and 50,000 rupees. Companies like McKinsey, Adani, and Deloitte have visited the college for campus placement. Also, most of them were selected in technical fields and 55% of college students got internships. A stipend is not given here.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good. This college has many facilities for students. A Wi-Fi facility is available for all students on campus and in the in the hostel. There are labs for every subject and the campus classrooms are clean. There are many sports for students to play. Medical facilities are available.

Faculty: Teachers are wise. Overall, the teaching experience is good, and they are friendly and accessible anytime. Topics are useful because they give a general idea about the business sector. They can improve things because I feel there is more progress in the field. Semester exams are easy and the pass rate is 70%.
