Placements: The S & SS Ghandhy College is a very old and reputed institution in Surat, Gujarat. The college has an excellent placement drive on campus. After completing a Diploma or degree, well-known companies visit for placement drives. For freshers in Surat, the average package is 1.4 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is old-fashioned, as it is the oldest college in Surat. However, they provide quality education and have well-educated faculty members. They offer hostel facilities for students coming from outside Surat, and a mess facility is available at the hostel campus.
Faculty: The faculty members of Dr. S. & S. Ghandhy College are very intelligent and knowledgeable, sharing their expertise and experience with every student. As the college is part of GTU, the exam pattern and difficulty are higher compared to other board colleges.

Our college has a very good campus.
Placements: Around 25% of students get placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 5.5 LPA and the lowest salary package is 1 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Adani, Tata, L&T, etc. Around 50% of students get internships in our course. Supervisor and guide roles are offered in our college.
Infrastructure: Library, garden, labs, Wi-Fi, playground facilities, and infrastructure are available in our department. Fans, beds, sports equipment, and medical kits are provided in the hostel. The quality of the food is good. Medical facilities are provided in our college. Sports are held every year.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, humble, and supportive. They are well-qualified with Ph.D. or ME. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry ready. Semester exams are related to the course and are not difficult. The pass percentage is 70%.
Other: I chose this course because I love machines. Labs and practicals should be improved. All the activities are held in our college. Our campus is good.

Our college provides good placements.
Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 1.2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 1 LPA, and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 5,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Maruti Suzuki, L&T, Jio, Vodafone, Airtel, etc. Almost 40% of students got internships from our course in L&T, Maruti Suzuki, and Jio.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library are available in our department. Our college has a hostel. The hostel rooms are not clean. The food served in the hostel is not good. We can play many games in our college like kabaddi, cricket, football, and volleyball. There is no canteen in our college.
Faculty: Our teachers teach us very well. They help us in our micro-projects and learn something new in studies. We have 2 mid-exams and 1 university exam. These exams are not difficult. All students pass exams. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I opted for this course because I like to make machines, and I want to become an engineer. We celebrate events. Our campus provides scholarships to students. Our college conducts a sports and games week.

Our college provides high placement opportunities.
Placements: Almost 70% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary offered is Rs. 18,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 7,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are L&T, Maruti Suzuki, etc. Almost 90% of students got internships from our course in L&T. The top role offered is mechanic.
Infrastructure: Our college provides Wi-Fi in every branch. The food served in the hostel is not good. Our college provides many facilities like a canteen, a library, etc.
Faculty: Our faculty members are highly qualified and very friendly. They are Ph.D. holders. Their teaching quality is very good. We have final exams at the end of the year. The final exam is not difficult. We have to refer to the previous years' exam papers to pass exams with good scores. The pass percentage is around 60-70%.
Other: I opted for this course to become a mechanical engineer. The best thing about our course is that it helps in making machines. Our college conducts sports week every year.

It is a good college for the diploma in engineering in Surat.
Placements: L&T and other companies visit our college to conduct an interview for students who do not have any backlogs. If you have more than 2 backlogs, then no company allows you for an interview. Roles like diploma trainee and trainee engineer are offered here.
Infrastructure: Our college has free Wi-Fi in some areas. It has all types of labs related to our course. Classrooms are old, but it is average considering the fee. It is a government college. It also has a library. The hostel fee is minimum for the first-year diploma course fee is Rs. 920. For 2nd and 3rd years, it is Rs. 675. Mostly everyone gets admission to the hostel.
Faculty: Our college is affiliated with GTU. Final University exams are taken by GTU of 70 marks. In between, mid-semester exams are taken by the college of 30 marks. Exams are easy, and all the syllabus are according to GTU. It conducts mid-semester and final exams seriously because all marks are counted in results much as university exams.
