The college is very good. The faculty members are also good. There is a nice placement record.
Placements: The placement cell is good. Top companies like TCS and Wipro come here and the students who are well educated and prepared for placement are surely placed. You can sit in the placement cell and get placed according to your ability. If you are a good student, you can get a placement easily.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and everything inside the campus is good. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and everything are good. It is very nice and very good to study here. We enjoyed our campus life and the infrastructure and campus are also very good and well-maintained.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and cooperative. They share all the knowledge and teach us very properly.
Other: I chose BBA and we have a separate management department. You can choose any course here there are so many options available. There are scholarships for students of Jharkhand and many more schemes.

The college was absolutely top-notch. Absolutely satisfied with my college.
Placements: 85+ percent of students were placed in our course. The highest package was 6 LPA, the lowest package was 75,000, and the average package was 2 LPA. There were many companies for our courses, like TCS, Infosys, and many more. An internship was given for our courses.
Infrastructure: The department was very nice, the Wi-Fi was reachable, and classrooms were good. Sports, games, and medical facilities were also available.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful. They were very qualified, they had done PhD. The teaching quality was very understandable and very measurable. There was no difficulty in the semester exams in our college. The passing percentage was 7 SGPA to move forward in the semester. Faculties of our college were very good. They were very cooperative and loving towards students. The course was good.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like the business line, and I love theories. The best things I liked about my course were the interesting subjects. Result things I wish would be better improved in our management. The event, fest, was happening every month. The campus surroundings were good, and a scholarship was also provided.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty.
Placements: 30% of students are placed in our course. TCS and several IT companies are recruiting students from our college. The highest package offered in our college is around 6 LPA, and the lowest is around 2.5 LPA, with the average package being around 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in our college is slightly better than that of all colleges in Ranchi. The teachers are better, the classrooms are in slightly better condition, there is access to free Wi-Fi, and there is enough space in the library for the whole class. There is also access to all kinds of mind-blowing books in the library.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable too. The teaching quality is quite good. This course curriculum is relevant. The semester exam is quite tough. The passing percentage is 75%. Students generally fail in Maths and Physics.
Other: I chose this course because after graduation there is enough scope for me to grab job opportunities. I think there should be more companies hiring the students after graduation.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, teaching staff, infrastructure, placements, and others.
Placements: Above 60 percent students can take admission in our college. There are several packages offered in our course. There are many recruiting companies, for e.g., Tata Steel, Infosys, and many others. Mainly 75–80 percent of students got internships from our courses. There are many top roles in our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. There are two buildings, one is old building and the second is new building. Every facility is provided, the quality of food has been good, and there is a mess for hostel boys and girls. There is a canteen also. Sports and many other curricular activities are involved in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, they have done Ph.D., and they are very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. This course has several extracurricular activities. There is no difficulty in the semester exams in our college. The passing percentile is 6.5 percent.

Good infrastructure, skilled faculty members, and industry-ready training.
Placements: I am pursuing a Bachelor's in Education which does not have campus placements. We have to give government exams like CTET to get a job and also we can go to private schools but we don't have direct campus placements in our college. It depends on the person whether they can crack the CTET or not.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good here. All the essential facilities are present. And we can use all the resources for our course. There are very neat and clean classrooms but one problem is that there is no Wi-Fi installation in the classrooms. We do not have hostels in our course.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good here and they have very good teaching skills. They have done various degrees from the best institutes. The course curriculum is very relevant, and it makes the students industry-relevant and ready. We have a training period also, which is helpful.

Average experience for the first batch of the fisheries course with scope for future improvement.
Placements: This is the first batch of the fisheries courses. There are no official campus placements. No companies came to our campus for a placement and there are no salary packages available in our batch. The reason is that our department is still a newly formed department, which means that the placement cell is still at a developing stage with no connection with industry yet. In most cases investigated available opportunity is outside the campus such as his farming.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is moderate, the classrooms are adequate and suitable for instruction with the specialised laboratories for the first year programme, where scarce given that this is the inaugural batch and the department is still evolving. Essential amenities such as the library and Wi-Fi exist but there is a need to enhance the supply focus book tools and hands on materials. Overall infrastructure is acceptable but has scope for improvement.
Faculty: The instructors are competent, well informed and mostly supportive. This is the group for the Fisheries course, a few faculty are recently recruited, yet they made efforts to assist students and clarify ideas effectively. The overall standard of teaching is average. The syllabus is theoretically pertinent. It falls short in preparing students completely for the industry because of insufficient practical experience and field activities. Additional practical training is needed. Semester exams have a level of difficulty. Students who consistently attend classes can succeed without issues. The pass percentage is good and most students clear their exams on time.
Other: I selected this course because of my fascination with the fisheries and aquaculture industry and its potential prospects. The course offers a theoretical understanding of fisheries and aquaculture. The cohort, both the course and department are still in the process of evolving. Hands on experience, site visits and engagement with the industry are restricted. Additional practical training is required to prepare students for the industry. College events and festivals occur frequently are held from time to time. The campus population is respectable and well behaved. Campus connectivity is average, with peaceful surroundings. Scholarships are available as per government rules. Extracurricular activities need more encouragement.

No, applicants are not allowed to get direct admission into the MBA course at DSPMU Ranchi. For admissions, the university considers the acceptable scores in CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ ATMA CMAT scores.
