6 years ago I am getting 4086 rank in srm and 15500 rank in vitee, what should I go for CS in srm or ECE in vitee, and work hard to upgrade my branch.

You should go for SRM as the curriculum and the faculty there is good. ECE at VITEE is also a good option depends totally on your interest. However, you should remember that upgrading your branch is a tough thing. So, I would recommend SRM.

Yes. There is a slight chance of getting a seat in Chennai campus but you have to pay high fees (approximately 5 Lacs per annum).

It is totally up to you, but I would suggest you to take VIT as your priority as it has better infrastructure Professors Placements Ranking.
