Upon completion of their B.A. LL.B. degree, several students opt to practice law in various courts, including Baruipur Court, Howrah Court, and Barasat Court. Additionally, some students choose to further their studies by pursuing a Master of Law degree.The B.A. LL.B. placements at Faculty of Law, Calcutta University are good. In 2022, the median package offered to B.A. LL.B. and PG (2-year) students during placements was good. Students are eligible to get internships from the 9th semester onwards. The course has a total of 120-240 students selected in every law college as per their placements. The Faculty/Department has six affiliated Law Colleges imparting 5 Years B. A. LL. B. Course

BA LLB is considered as the top course of this Institute because the return on investment after completing this course is very high. Student get a great ROI after doing this course. The fees for doing this course is 87.2 K - 3.2 L and the median package after completing this course is 7.84 LPA. The returns can be clearly seen. The number of specialities available to pursue in this course are also the highest. So rathar than doing seperate graduation and LLB, it will be very good for any student to pursue BA LLB 5 year integrated course from here.

For example, the fees for Bachelor of Arts + Bachelor of Laws [B.A.L.L.B.] is INR 40,000 per year for a 5-year course. The fees for Master of Laws [L.L.M.] is INR 3.21 L for a 2-year course. The fees for Ph.D. (Law) is not mentioned in the results.Candidates seeking admission to the B.A.LL.B at the Faculty of Law of University of Calcutta are required to meet the below-mentioned criteria:Must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a Board recognised by the University of Calcutta. Yes, students get a very good ROI after doing BA LLB from Faculty of Law, Calcutta university. The placement packages which students get after completing the courses are good. In 2022 placement drive, the median package offered to BA LLB and PG students were 7.84 LPA and 9.20 LPA respectively. Seeing the resonable fees structure for this course which is 87.2 K - 3.2 L, it can be said that students are getting a very good return on thier fees invested. Students can also apply for Scholarships to get some relief from the fees and increase the ROI.

If you are facing problem in applying online, you can contact the admissions department of the Institute and ask them for offline applications. If they allow you can visit the Institute physically and apply for admission. Although admissions before the online era were held on offline basis only. So there is no problem in applying offline. You are suggested to carry all your necessary documents at the time of application.

Many factors can be considered for choosing BA LLB course from Faculty of Law, Calcutta university.The ranking of the Institute is very good as, it was ranked #2 in Calcutta and #28 out of 39 in India by IIRF. The placement packages are also good with around 7.5 LPA as a median package for UG students and 9LPA for PG students. Campus life of this Institute is very good. The fees structure of this Institute is also very resonable, the total tution fees for this course range between 87.2 K - 3.2 L. Wide range of specialities are available to pursue for the students according to their intrests. So, many other factors other than those stated above are also there.
