- GATE or MRNAT score is desired for admission to M.Tech and M.Sc (Biotechnology).
- Final admission to MBA is subject to a good score in CAT/ MAT/ XAT followed by GD and PI while for MCA, only MRNAT score is sufficient.
- Admission to all the PG courses such as M.Sc, MPT, MA, M.Sc and MSW is based on MRNAT score.
- For Ph.D. program, MRIIRS conducts a separate entrance test. Apart from the university-based entrance, UGC NET/ CSIR JRF/ GATE qualified candidates are also eligible to apply.

The admission in MRIIRS BBA is on the basis of merit short listing candidates in SAT examinations which is first phase . After that the phase 2nd will be merit in the qualifying exam and the last phase is person test score .
