Hello,
Faculty of Management Studies does not have any hostel of it's own, but you can stay in the 2-3 hostels allotted for FMS students by DU. The most notable of them is VKRV Rao hostel which accommodates around 50 FMS students per year.

90th percentile is not that difficult a target to achieve. Based on last year's paper, if a student had attempted ~25 questions in Verbal, ~12 in DILR and ~20 in Quant, he/she would have scored 90th percentile in each. With good prep

Your percentage is very good throughout your academics till now. For FMS, you need to have 90 percentile in cat to get admission. FMS keeps a very high percentile for admissions though other colleges are easily available.

You can apply for any entrance exam for MBA. They will check your respective exam marks before your academic scores. Since criteria are 50% for eligibility, you are eligible to apply for exams like CAT and similar to it.
