Review of G H Raisoni Institute of Engineering and Technology, Nagpur.

Placements: Placements are average in this college, but you need to understand it is on you how you deal with the placement process. Average placements range from 3 to 4LPA. We have to work hard and maintain a 9+ CGPA for good placements and should have some skills too.

Infrastructure: The campus is good. Different departments have different buildings. There are 3 buildings on the college campus named Block A, Block B, and Block C. One college canteen and many food stalls, 3 sports grounds, and 1 indoor sports room. It's easy to wander everywhere with no confusion.

Faculty: My course is BCA. Faculty is good, but they give us various assignments which are useless. Teaching is good, but all our work depends on us. More practice, high chances of success. Teachers will just stay and teach you, not help to improve. You yourself need to be motivated.

Other: My batch is of 400 students which are divided into 5 sections A, B, C, D, E. It is all divided according to the first letter of your name.

Our college provides good placements.

Placements: Placements are good in our college. The top recruiting companies are HP, TCS, Deloitte, Infosys, etc. This college is good in terms of placements.

Infrastructure: All facilities are available like library, Wi-Fi, and laboratory. Hostel facilities are very good. There are 3 canteens on our campus.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. They are helpful during exams. Semester exams are not difficult. The pass percentage is 73%. They also help us with better placements.

Other: Our batch is very good. It is an autonomous college. It is the top college in Nagpur.

One of the best college in Nagpur.

Placements: Many students got placed in international companies like IBM, Deloitte etc with an average package of 4.5 LPA. Placement support is excellent by training and placement cell. Top recruiters are Wipro, TCS, IBM, Deloitte, Amazon and many more. It is considered one of the best college for placement at Nagpur.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure is excellent and all the labs are nice too. College provides free Wi-Fi. Library is clean and quiet and also well lit. Hostel is not that good in terms of the college. It does have a game room, an indoor badminton court, water coolers but mess food is average.

Faculty: Teachers are really helpful to the students. They are wise and knowledgeable, qualified for the job. This course is relevant to the curriculum and makes the students industry ready. Semester examination are moderately difficult. Minimum pass percentage is 50%.

Placements: I am a BCA student from the 2023 pass out batch. Now I am in my 2nd year, and my overall experience is too good for placements. Specific activity classes are arranged for students and many companies come for placements. The orientation for placement is arranged properly. All things are good enough.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was overall good. But there are a few things which were unbalanced or not maintained properly, like drinking water, the classrooms, or not being allowed to use the elevator, etc., All things on our campus are good enough. The bus facility was good too; they pick up and drop off the students on time. The conditions of the college are good.

Faculty: Overall, all of the college's faculty was good, but now I'm in my 2nd year, and there seemed to be inexperienced faculty teachers who were not good enough. The way the exams are conducted is also good. They follow the CAE 1, 2, and 3 patterns with assignments, practicals, and many more. The exams are very strict and fair and it's good for our future.

Other: College life at our campus is also good. The campus has hosted many great events and cultural activities are the speciality of our college. Overall, everything is good.

If you have enough money, then choose this course. B.Tech is far better.

Placements: The percentage of students who get placed from our course every year is above average that every student gets placed in on-campus jobs. The highest salary package offered in our campus placements is 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.85 LPA. The average salary package offered is around 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are TCS, Wipro, CSS Corp, Infosys, Capgemini, Cognizant, Kyndryl, IBM and many more. Only around 10% of students got internships from our college. The top roles offered in our course are a data analyst, web developer, back-end developer, front-end developer, tester and many more non-technical roles also.

Infrastructure: In our college, the library is below average, and Wi-Fi is not available. Classrooms are average. For labs, you get peace to work at your comfort. The mess and canteen are just available for namesake. Medical facilities are not upfront. Sports and games are only related to former athletes and cultural events.

Faculty: The teaching quality here is way beyond expectations if you focus enough. The course is relevant but still not enough to make students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy if you study atleast an hour a day. The course is quite huge and will really help you explore new areas if you are inquisitive enough.
