My overview as a second-year student.

Placements: Most of the students got placed. The average package is around 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Accenture, and Wipro. I don't think anyone has gotten any internships in my batch as of now like being offered by the college. You can try getting an internship on your own.

Infrastructure: I actually like the infrastructure a lot, as it's bigger than most colleges in Greater Noida, not as big as the universities, though. There are ACs in every classroom, ACs that actually work. The library is quite big and functional. You get not only books related to B.Tech, MCA, or whatever courses our college runs, but literature gems are there as well. I cannot say much about the hostel but it's quite difficult to get a hostel seat in your first year, you're more likely to get it in the second year if you apply.

Faculty: The teachers are very nice and helpful. They try their best to be available at all times and if you're interested, they'll personally help you build up your strengths. As for the relevance of the course, AKTU has a really old curriculum you will have to learn some skills on your own. The exams are quite easy to pass but the marking scheme is not that good, so it's easy to pass but very difficult to get really great scores. You'll have to mug up everything in order to get SGPA over 7.5.

Other: I mean, Galgotias is known for its fests and things. Even though you're in the college, you can attend all the fests that are held in the university as well, and as for the surroundings, it's really close to the metro and there's an expo part opposite to our college where you can go to relax or eat during recess.

The picture of my college comes from my eyes.

Placements: The percentage of students placed in my college is about 80%. The highest package is 18 LPA. The lowest package is 3 LPA. The average package is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies at my college include Infosys, TCS, etc. About 80% to 90% of students get internships from our course. These internships are mostly in companies like Zomato, Infosys, Swiggy, Blinkit, and TCS. All types of roles are provided to students so that they can grow and establish themselves in the industry.

Infrastructure: My college infrastructure is very good. It has Wi-Fi, but access is still restricted in some areas. Labs are very good. My college library is also very good for better learning. Classrooms are well furnished and structured according to student requirements. The canteen is hygienic, and different types of stores are available there.

Faculty: Teachers are individually rated and are helpful. There are different types of teachers. Some are average, while some are excellent. Teachers are well qualified and have great knowledge. They do their best to provide students with practical knowledge of the industry and their work. I feel the curriculum is not that relevant. It includes various topics that do not meet the requirements of students and the industry. There should be some changes in the syllabus. Semester exams are good enough. The evaluation process still needs some improvement.

Other: I chose it because I want to be a data scientist. Best thing about it is the practical exposure I get in college. I also learn different programming languages. I like Mathematics. This is another reason I chose it. I want to improve my programming language skills. I also enjoy my college life. I enjoy the events and fests. I also enjoy the extracurricular activities that take place at my college.

Overall, a good experience, and you should enroll if you want to study and enjoy college life.

Placements: Placements are quite good for a private college. Companies hire on the basis of overall performance, such as CGPA and resume. Around 90-95 percent of students were placed. The highest package is around 33 LPA in the current session, and the lowest is 3 LPA, while the average is around 6-7 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very well designed, and the cleanliness is really impressive, and the bathrooms are well cleaned. Canteen is also affordable, and the prices are not very high. I am not in the college hostel. So I don't have any idea about that.

Faculty: Faculty members really help students,, and their behaviour is like an average teacher. The curriculum is of old AKTU. They have the same curriculum, so we can't do anything about that. As you know, it's AKTU, so the exam papers are easy and predictable, but the copy checking is like the worst experience I've ever had.

Great campus, most supportive faculty, one of the best experiences, overall excellent college.

Placements: Placement is decent depending on the fees and location. The college makes efforts for students to ensure jobs are offered directly from campus. Average package is about 5 LPA to 7 LPA. College faculty is supportive in this. Overall good placements.

Infrastructure: Great campus experience. They have all the important things that a great college campus requires. I never felt anything off about campus. Good greenery, ambience, cleanliness, food and crowd. Fests are also one of the best in colleges in Greater Noida.

Faculty: One of the most supportive faculties among all the colleges in Greater Noida. The curriculum is both exam and placement-oriented. The internal exam pattern really helps for external exams. Faculty supports even in the worst conditions of the student. Good internal marks are awarded.

Overall college is nice. Infrastructure and faculty are good.

Placements: Placement is average or above average in the college but you can't be dependent only on the college as you have to learn and skill up by yourself. Sometimes the college also organises skill development courses and events. As a 3rd-tier private college you have to compete more.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very nice and good compared to other colleges in this area. Every course has a desired block each block has dedicated labs with high-quality equipment and machines. The hostel is also nice and the quality of the mess food is also good. If you are looking for a college with good infrastructure you can have this as an option.

Faculty: The faculty of the college is good and helpful when we need any assistance, except for a few. The curriculum is designed in a very efficient way to teach students and give them knowledge. The end-of-semester exam is conducted by AKTU, and we have to go to an exam centre. The level of the paper is between moderate and tough.

Other: Campus life is excellent in the college. Many events are organised to engage students and show their talent, and enjoy college life.

GCET is one of the best and most affordable college options in Greater Noida under AKTU.

Placements: The placement of GCET is good as compared to the placement of other colleges in Greater Noida, with almost more than 100 company visit the campus each year for campus placement. More companies are service-based companies, and the average package lies between 5 LPA and 6 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good and well-maintained. The college has AC in each and every classroom, the accessories and the teaching are done using modern technology, such as smart board campus has greenery, and 6 blocks are there, and internet connectivity is good.

Faculty: Faculty of GECT is good, they are well qualified. Most of them are PhD and some of them are M.Tech. Teachers solve students' doubts, and they are quite supportive. They treat each and every student equally. This is what makes GCET very different from other institutes. Exams are taken by AKTU, and internal exams are held every month.
