At the undergraduate level, the college offers BTech, BCA, BSc and BCom and two courses i.e. M.Tech and MBA at postgradute level to students. Admission to all the courses is entrance based. To get admission, candidates are required to have valid score in accepted entrance exam. Candidate seeking admission to any courses can apply and appear for the exam for admission.

The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the BSc programme at Gandhinagar University requires candidates to have completed Class 12 with a minimum of 50%, including Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology subjects. A Science stream with either PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) is compulsory for admission to the course. Since the Bachelor of Science curriculum consists of Science subjects, candidates must have fundamental knowledge in these areas. Therefore, having a background in Science is mandatory for BSc admission at Gandhinagar University.
