    GITAM review: Placements and infrastructure.
Placements: Placement at this college is average. Service-based companies or startup companies come for the placement. Top recruiters are Wipro, Infosys, and TCS. Companies offer roles like frontend developer, backend developer, website designer, and data analyst.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of this college is not good but average. College provides facilities like library and Wi-Fi. There are a lot of books available for every department. College also provides hostel facility with mess. There is a canteen right next to mess.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly and helpful. They provide doubt classes for weak students. MCA courses is good for better opportunity because the syllabus of MCA is updated and based on new technologies. Semester exams are not very tough but you have to study a little bit hard because MCA is a post graduation course.
Other: Events and fests keep happening in this college. In this college, students get the full opportunity to participate.

I suggest students do not get admission here. If anyone gets admission here, they will regret it.
Placements: I am pursuing the MCA course. I am from the 2024-2026 batch. In our college, there are no placements in the MCA course. The college is not good for placements. Our college provides only 10% of placements. The salary package offered in college is 2.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good, neat and clean. The gym is a bit good. The mess food is not good. In food, they give so much oil. In this hostel, Wi-Fi is working well, but it does not have a good speed. The library is very good.
Faculty: There are no teachers for MCA and teachers who teach in BCA are only teaching in MCA. Our teacher's behavior is good. Teachers are not knowledgeable. For job purposes, they do not teach anything. They give only assignments and notes. Teachers will not give important questions.
Other: I chose this course because it is helpful in the future. The college campus is average.

The college is average, but the location of the college is not good.
Placements: The placement cell is very poor. They don't offer any good jobs. They bring very bad companies, so they don't give good placements. The package for the placements is also not as high as they show and present on the website. The main placements are given to the B.Tech students, and the rest of the courses suffer from bad placements.
Infrastructure: The facility is very poor. The college is situated at a very bad place, between the farms. The transportation near the college is very bad as it is away from the city. I live in the college hostel, and the hostel facility is also bad. The food they give is not good. Sometimes, there is no drinking water for 2-3 days.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is kind of okay or I can say average, as the knowledge provided is good, but the teaching quality is not as expected by the college. The exams they conduct don’t go well every time, due to bad faculty members. But the college is average in teaching quality.

Gitam College: Not Good Infrastructure, Not Good Placement, and No Good Faculty.
Placements: Very few students get placement, and the percentage is even lower for MCA students. There is placement in B. Tech, but only 30% of its students get placement. Placement is available only in startup companies, and it happens in one or two good companies too. These are the colleges that provide internships.
Infrastructure: The college library is good, but there are very few smart classrooms, which should be there. The hostel mess food is very bad; it is not worth eating, and there is no medical facility in the hostel. There is also no facility for sports and games.
Faculty: The teachers in the MCA course are very good and helpful, but they do not know how to teach. They just make you write from notes and nothing else. You cannot get a job in any company by studying here; you will have to study on your own if you want to get a job.
Other: No other program is good; everything is just for the sake of it, and whatever program there is, everyone has to pay money for it.

It is the best college in Haryana.
Placements: More than 4 students from our senior batch are placed in Infosys, and more than 7 students are placed in HCL. Last year, many companies visited our college for placements, and almost 237 students were placed. Our college provides internship opportunities. Almost 70% of the students got internships. The average salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month.
Infrastructure: Our college building is very good. The college management provided all facilities like water facility, transport facility, canteen facility, Wi-Fi facility, playground, library, medical facilities, gym, sports and games, etc. Our hostel rooms are very good. I am not facing any issues regarding the infrastructure of the college.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well qualified. All subjects and concepts are very clear to every faculty, and they provide better knowledge. Almost 80% of the students from our class have cleared the exams. Every faculty provides previous year question papers along with the solutions of that.

In short, GITAM was a balanced college with good education and overall activities.
Placements: The placements are good on the campus. Around 40% of the students got placed. The highest salary offered was 15 lacs per month and minimum salary offered was 3 Lacs per month. Many companies visit the campus like Microsoft, HTC, Nokia, etc. The companies offered the role of software engineering, etc., to the students.
Infrastructure: The percentage of students, who got the internship from college was good almost above 80%. The highest stipend was above 15 LPA, the average was above 8 LPA, and the lowest is above 3 LPA. There is no placement cell. It was efficient and useful.
Faculty: The faculty members are helpful, good, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching qualities are good and knowledgeable. They used the teaching method, which is provided by MDU University. The ratio of student to faculty was well almost above 5 members are present in a department of the college. We always get industrial exposure. Many courses are provided by the college, and all the courses are useful.
Other: Many events are held, and all kinds of festivals are celebrated in this college. Programs like fests are held every year. The campus crowd is good. All the students attend during any celebration. The campus surroundings are good.
