GICED BA Eligibility & Highlights 2024
At the UG-level, the GICED BA programme is spread across various specialisations. Some of the popular specialisations that students opt for are Psychological Health and Behavioural Science, Multimedia and Animation, Advertising Communication Design, and Multimedia (Visual Effects). During the three-year duration, students study different subjects related to their chosen field of study.
Moreover, the institute offers a BA (Hons) course for students who want to study research-based courses. Students opting for Hons courses have to submit a research report at the end of the fourth year. Moreover, the fees also differ based on choice of course.

STEP 1: GICED BA Application Process 2024
All interested students must apply for the preferred BA course. Students can apply for more than one course, by paying an additional application fee. Mentioned below are the steps to apply:
Step 1.1 Go to the official website of the institute at https://www.gicededu.co.in/.
Step 1.2 Click on the banner reading ‘Online Registration 2024-25’.
Step 1.3 Fill all the required sections of the application.
Step 1.4 Pay the application fee online through a debit/credit card. The GICED BA application fee 2024 is INR 400.
Step 1.5 Click on the submit button.
STEP 2: Shortlisting of Candidates
Once the application portal is closed, the admission committee prepares a merit list based on applicants’ performance in the entrance test. The merit list is publicly released on the official website. Thus, students who have appeared for the test must stay updated with the official website.
STEP 3: PI Round
Shortlisted candidates are further required to appear for a PI round at the institute. Through the personal interview round, GICED evaluates the applicants on various aspects such as communication skills, knowledge, statement of purpose, etc. Students who are selected based on the PI session are then required to submit six copies of important academic and personal documents.
STEP 4: Payment of Fees
In this final step, the selected candidates are required to pay the prescribed fees in the stipulated time frame.
