Overall review of campus life, fees, placements, and ROI.

Faculty: The course curriculum is good. Faculty are, also good, they make you understand topics and all. Irregular classes and schedule is poor. However, exams are conducted nicely, and faculty provides you with utmost marks. Pass percentage is huge, and exams are not that difficult to handle.

It is an affordable, reputed, and career-focused commerce education hub.

Faculty: GCC offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in commerce, business administration, and related fields. The course curriculum aligns with the National Education Policy (NEP), aiming to prepare students for real-world applications and competitive exams. Faculty members are generally supportive and approachable. Some students suggest that younger teachers could enhance their conceptual teaching methods.

Good college for B.Com. But overall infrastructure is not excellent.

Faculty: Teachers were too friendly and excellent. They always help their students. The exams conducted by the teachers during classes are exam-relevant and help the students to get good marks in the final exams. Students are asked to do their assignments and homework on time.

Nice faculty members but not good placements and opportunities.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Some are very arrogant though. You can't rely completely on the course and the college activities. The teaching quality is okay. Semester exams are fine. Some papers can be difficult, some average, and some easy. Pass percentage is 35%.

Good faculty members with value for money course.

Faculty: Teachers are very qualified, most of them are Ph.D. holders. They explain even the hard topics in easy language. This course is relevant to much extent, because the subjects in it are so important for a good based for future higher studies. But to be industry ready one must add internships also. Semester exams are mostly replicas of what is taught in classes Everyone passes in it.

Review of Gauhati Commerce College.

Faculty: Faculty members are arrogant and non supportive. Few of them even do not know how to teach properly and expect us to score good in exams. Semester exams are not that hard because of the paper pattern. It consists of 80% theory and 20% practical but scoring marks is different because of the length of the paper.

Gauhati Commerce College - My honest and genuine opinion.

Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful and kind to students. They are qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced. Their teaching quality is very good and easily understandable. This is an undergraduate course that is necessary and mandatory for the students to enter a Master’s degree. Exams are decent, not very difficult, but average, which occurs per semester in every 6 months. Pass percentage is around 95%.

Documentary - No sports, moderate placements, and good teaching.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and well-knowledgeable. The teaching quality is superb. There are not enough practical exams for students to be prepared for the industry. Semester exams are very easy and include one sessional exam and a final. Pass mark is 4.0 SGPA.

Toxic relationship of GCC.

Faculty: Teachers are well-educated, qualified, friendly, and approachable attitude with students. Some senior professors in some departments have a high ego, not very friendly. They are well-educated, but don't teach well.

The infrastructure is really good and absolutely worth it for building the future.

Faculty: The college conducts 12 exams over three years. Each semester has two exams, a sessional and a final. The exams are of moderate difficulty, and re-sessionals are held for students who are unable to take exams due to emergencies. The college provides projects and research work which help in better understanding the subject.
