It is affordable. It provides practical knowledge, good infrastructure, and decent placements.
Placements: In the GIDC Degree Engineering College, the recent batch saw 75% of placements. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. The average package is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Infosys, Erudite, and Goldenmace IT Solutions. Some students have started their own start-up idea.
Infrastructure: This college offers Wi-Fi-enabled smart classrooms, well-equipped labs, and a central library with e-resources. Medical aid is available. Sports ground and indoor games are provided. The campus provides AC seminar halls, projectors, and a dedicated department block.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and knowledgeable, with strong academic backgrounds. Teaching quality is good with a practical focus. The course curriculum is updated and industry-relevant. The syllabus is given by GTU as it is affiliated with it. The pass percentage is about 90% on average.
Other: I chose this course because it offers good value for money with affordable fees and solid returns through placements. Campus life is vibrant with a tech fest and cultural events. It has a friendly crowd, a well-connected location, and peaceful surroundings, which enhance the experience. The fee is not much as it is a semi-government college. It is known as the PPP Institute (Public Private Partnership).

Good facilities and above-average campus. The ROI is good.
Placements: Average package in computer engineering branch is around 3 LPA and roughly 80% of the student get placed. The top companies that recruit in our college are Goldi Solar, Vaari, Case Point. The students that are recruited from our college in 3 years also get internship programs.
Infrastructure: The college doesn't have a hostel yet but they are planning to build one. The campus is good and big enough and has all the necessary equipment. Each department in the college has its own separate building and the campus is big enough to organize fests and sports.
Faculty: The teachers are quite knowledgeable. The semester exams are quite easy if you ask me. The number of students that are passed varies. In my course, the percentage of students that are passed in all the subjects is quite high, only a few who don't take study seriously fail.

Reality of GIDC Engineering College.
Placements: I have seen my seniors' placement, and from that, only 10% or less than that are placed, so fewer companies come in for placements. There is no such attendance problem there. Top recruiting company was TCS. Overall, it's good.
Infrastructure: College provides us with the canteen, that's the only thing the college provides. Wi-Fi facility is very low, we can only use the LAN Wi-Fi, and that's also very slow, so the experience is low. There is no hostel around my college, so there is no facility for girls, especially.
Faculty: Teachers are not that good, but they are educated and don't interfere much. Course is relevant, because we are studying it. Curriculum is just old school, nothing much updated, but it's the game of mindset. Overall, the staff is fine, they teach decently.
Other: Events at the college are the only best things I like. Overall, you'll enjoy, take admission, but don't travel much. Good thing is that the fees are less.

Very experienced faculty members and good infrastructure.
Placements: 10-12 Lacs is the highest package of this college. And many good companies came for the placement. We can go for this college if you're middle class. Just study hard and get the job. And job experience to ready for the industry then improve your package by your work.
Infrastructure: Very good and experienced faculty. Food quality is also great. Just be normal with your faculty. Then faculty will also be friendly with you. Just do not abuse them or do not behave like a bad person. Because the faculty is very good to students. Always helps.
Faculty: The curriculum is great; it will make you industry-ready. Good course for study and faculty are great, so his/her teaching style is great. So, students will learn many things from their faculty and get much knowledge about the industry and made ready for the industry.
Other: There are many extracurricular activities arranged in this college.

Our college faculty members are good, and they supported students with their interests.
Placements: Our college had excellent placements. The salary packages offered were low.
Infrastructure: Our college buildings and infrastructure were good. We had huge labs. Benches were good. They used markers and whiteboards. Our college labs were air-conditioned. Our labs were good. There were 40 to 50 computers per lab, and in general, the computer department had 200 systems.
Faculty: Our college had average teachers. The HOD of the computer department was good. They were supportive and made students understand. Our faculty members were good. Teachers supported students with extracurricular activities like internships and projects.
Other: Our college organised a sports day where few sports were organised. The fee structure was good. They didn't force students to pay fees all the time.

I'm somewhat satisfied with the college infrastructure, and the placement is okay.
Placements: The majority of students in the final year of my department are placed, but the placement options are not so good, with the maximum offer being 4 LPA. The average package offered in this college is around 2.8-3 LPA. They offer placement options, but the placements are very mediocre.
Infrastructure: The college has all the necessary labs that the student needs in all the departments. There is Wi-Fi on the campus, but it doesn't work most of the time. The quality of the food in the canteen is also good. If any student is interested in sports, then there are adequate facilities for them.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified and they have their Master's degree, but the issue with them is that they don't teach well. They have the knowledge about the concept, but are not able to convey it to other students. They try to complete the whole syllabus, and they tell the important topics that are asked in the semester exam.
