This college is apparently good, but we can't call it the best for placements.

To grow, you need to read and analyse first.
Placements: The placement cell of GITA Autonomous College is very active. Almost 70% students are being placed. The starting CTC per month ranges from twenty-five to thirty thousand and can exceed as per the company norms and the employee's work. Companies like TCS, EESPL, Capgemini, and Accenture visit the college for the placement. The placement includes all off-campus, on-campus, and pool drives.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is such appealing to the eye, but the hostel is of very poor quality. The infrastructure of the hostel is good, but the food quality is unbearable. The food is of such quality that even the students with the strongest immunity will not be able to survive. The college has a canteen, a medical room, multiple sports grounds multiple in number, a basketball court, a football ground, a table tennis court, etc. It also has Wi-Fi and a well-stocked library.
Faculty: The curriculum, knowledge provided, way of teaching, and behavior of teachers everything is good. But there are some teachers who are very arrogant, they don't even answer genuine doubts properly. The placement cell, sports department, cultural department, and other departments everything and everyone is very student-friendly.
Other: The college hosts multiple number of events and festivals which keep the students' minds fresh and engaged in good activities. The only thing I wish could be better is the food quality at the hostel.

Before paying lakhs, do check the reviews.
Placements: The placement this college offers with the fee structure is incredible. Almost 75% of students are being placed in good companies. Companies like EESPL, Capgemini, and TCS come as recruiters for placement. The starting package is around thirty thousand per month if done in Bhubaneswar, and can increase if done in any metro city.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is so appealing that the students don't wish to go outside the campus. It has canteens, libraries, sports grounds, clubhouses, and all the rest of the refreshment facilities, which help the students get their minds refreshed from the academic stress. The hostel is okay, but the food quality is poor; hence, it is not worth it. Even the healthiest can get sick by eating hostel food.
Faculty: The course is good, and the knowledge provided is good and top-notch, but some of the teachers are arrogant. Even if you ask a genuine question, they tend to reply arrogantly, which is not appealing, but the rest is good. The coordinator, placement cell teachers, and other teachers are also very helpful. The curriculum does make students industry-ready, as it provides projects and industry visits along with academics.
Other: The college hosts multiple events and fests, which also help students develop their personalities. The hostel's food quality can be improved. My interest in developing software made me choose this course at this college.

To grow, need to research first.
Placements: The placement provided by the college in this fee structure is awesome. There are off-campus, on-campus, and pool drive, all types of placement opportunities being offered. Almost 75% of the students are being placed in every course, and those are good companies, some even in core companies. Companies like ESSPL, TCS, Infosys, and Capgemini visit the college for placement drives.
Infrastructure: The most attractive part is the infrastructure. The infrastructure is so pleasing and mesmerizing that you tend to get greedy to take admission in this college. The library, classes, and labs are all top-notch. I took the hostel facility for three years. Last year, I stayed in a shared PG (flat). The hostel is okay, but the food quality is the worst. You cannot survive on hostel food at all. That was the only reason I left the college hostel.
Faculty: The course is good, and the knowledge provided is also good, but some of the teachers are rude and unapproachable. They are very annoying and arrogant. Even if you ask genuine questions, they will not answer nicely. The rest is good. The course does make students industry-ready, as there are different projects, internships, and industry visits conducted by the college, which are very helpful for the students to get market-ready. The semester exams are not very difficult. They can be cleared by studying one or two nights before the exams.
Other: Being interested in software and hardware, I was very sure to choose B. Tech in Computer Science, and choosing this college was due to the fees and placements. The college does not charge much in fees compared to any other tier-1 colleges, and also provides placements and projects. The thing that can be improved is the hostel and its food. The food quality is so poor that even the healthiest person can get sick. The college hosts multiple events on every national and special day. Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated for 10 days, which brings refreshment and spirituality among students.

Placements: College provides good number of placements. Companies like ESSPL, Capgemini, and Infosys come as recruiters. Almost 70% of the students in my batch are placed in good companies. Roles like software developer, tester, and coder are the roles being offered.
Infrastructure: The only thing that attracted me to this college is the infrastructure. College has beautiful infrastructure with spacious library, labs, sports room, and other facilities. The worst hostel experience of mine is the college hostel. The food is something I have never experienced. The only thing I will not recommend is the hostel food and hostel inside the college.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. Teachers are supportive, some are arrogant, and some are very friendly. In the examination department, the placement coordinator and everyone are approachable. College conducts two semesters in a year with some tests in between which helps the students to get a reality check of their academic performance.
Other: There is no specific reason for me to choose this course, it is just as everyone has guided. Hostel is the only thing I wish to improve as students are not healthy, they can't study.

Good for education and hostel, but placements are weak. Not recommended for jobs.
Placements: I am from the B.Tech 2024 batch (CSE). Placements are not very strong here. Hardly 20-30% of students get placed, mostly in marketing and sales roles rather than core technical jobs. The highest package is around 4 LPA, the lowest is 2 LPA, and the average is close to 3 LPA. Very few companies visit the campus. Most of them are small or local firms. Internships are also limited and usually provided in startups or marketing-based companies. Core technical roles are very rare.
Infrastructure: Campus has basic facilities like Wi-Fi, classrooms with projectors, computer labs, a decent library, and some sports facilities. However, labs and equipment are not updated regularly. Hostel facilities are average. Rooms are okay but a bit crowded. The mess food is manageable but not very hygienic. Medical support is limited. Sports and extracurricular facilities exist but are not very well-maintained.
Faculty: Most teachers are helpful and qualified. But the teaching quality depends on the individual faculty. The curriculum is more theoretical and less industry-oriented, so students need to learn extra skills on their own to become job-ready. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty. The pass percentage is generally high as long as you study regularly.
Other: Campus life is decent with a mixture of students from different regions. There are some fests, cultural events, and technical activities, but not on a very large scale. Crowd is friendly, and connectivity to nearby town is manageable. Extracurricular activities happen but are limited.

Other: The total fee for the course is around Rs 2,00,000, which is low compared to other colleges. However, considering the weak placement opportunities, the return on investment is not very high. The value for money is average. It is good for affordable education but not great for career growth.
