Gobardanga Hindu College is good and very clean.
Placements: I am a B.A. 2nd year student of Gobardanga Hindu College. Almost 80% of students are placed in my course. The lowest package in this course is 3.5 LPA, and the highest package is up to 20 LPA. The percentage of students who got an internship from B.A. is very low. The top role offered in this course is IAS.
Infrastructure: Gobardanga Hindu College offers a wide range of undergraduate multidisciplinary programs, including B.A. General (3 year programme). In our college, you can get a good internet connection with Wi-Fi, nice labs, clean classrooms, and a big library. Our college has a good hostel and a canteen. You also get good quality food, etc.
Faculty: All the department teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Some of the teachers' teaching quality is very good, and some of them are average. The course curriculum is relevant, and if you go to college regularly, you can easily clear your semester.
Other: I chose this course because I needed a graduation certificate. The course is very easy. Every year, our college organizes a big singing event.

Review of Gobardanga Hindu College.
Placements: There was no placement option. You completed your degree and had to find your path. This was a semi-government college. If you wanted to do something after your degree, students had to find it on their own. The college didn't help in any way. Apart from that, everything else was good.
Infrastructure: There were hostel facilities here. The food was very good. There was a playground next to it and a market within 200 meters. There were completely separate hostels for boys and girls. Most students here came from the local area, so the hostel was not very crowded.
Faculty: Teachers were good. They explained everything well enough. They didn't get bored even if you asked many questions, and they were very knowledgeable. They taught every task in the practical room, and everyone got a chance to work. They made suggestions on the university exams within their responsibility.
Other: It was a very large campus, with Bachelor's, Master's, and B.Ed courses all in the same place. There were two big playgrounds, one for football and one for cricket. There was a big garden and a cool water system. The classrooms were neat.

Review of Gobardanga Hindu College - 2025.
Placements: 70-80% is required for better placement. Most of the students prepare for government jobs, but in the IT field, the package is 6-8 LPA. Recruiting companies are TCS, L&T, or other IT companies. I don't have any idea about placement percentage, but I think, it's 20% or more. Roles offered are IT posts and other posts.
Infrastructure: The college has a high-quality infrastructure. Wi-Fi is available, and the labs are too good. The library is very big and well. There are two separate hostels for boys and girls. The food quality is too good, I don't know about the medical facility, but sports and games are available.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and very helpful. They also take extra classes, and teachers take classes using a projector, smart board, and high-speed internet facility. I think the quality of education is better. Semester exams are average, and the pass percentage is 30%.
Other: I chose this course because of my passion. The medical facility and management team could be better. Events and fests are very popular in our college.

Review of Gobardanga Hindu College.
Placements: 85% of students got placed in our course. 3.60 LPA is the average package offered in our course. L&T, Wipro, TCS, HCL, and Infosys recruit from our college. Roles offered are research scientist, lab technician, teacher, clinical research associate, and IT.
Infrastructure: The college lab provides us with all kinds of facilities from every department. Especially library is good and all types of books from any stream are always available. Some classrooms and libraries have AC. There is free Wi-Fi in every building. There are separate buildings for boys and girls and security is very tight. In short, good service in hostels. There is a special cook in the mess and almost all types of food are available in the canteens, a peaceful environment to spend time. A variety of indoor and outdoor games are played. There is a system of pure cold water. Medical services are average.
Faculty: Every teacher is well-qualified and Ph.D. holder. They are very enthusiastic about teaching, especially in terms of operation in library work is very helpful for us. This course curriculum is very relevant for us and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not too easy, not too difficult, it is medium. The pass percentage is between 85%-90%.
Other: I chose this course because I had a science background in 11th and 12th, and there are enough teachers here in this stream. There are some things missing in the labs, it would be better if they were made a little better. Various events are held every year.

Overview of Gobardanga Hindu College.
Placements: I think a maximum of 70% of students were placed in our college, but most students were prepared for government exams. The highest package was 3.6 LPA, and the lowest was 2 LPA. Companies like L&T, TATA, Wipro, etc., visited. Around 70 to 80% of students got internship opportunities. The top role was MD.
Infrastructure: Our college was too good for education and facilities. The infrastructure was great, with many classrooms, a hall room, a gallery, a playground, an indoor play area, a gym, and a library. The courses were very knowledgeable and helpful. The medical facilities and services, as well as the canteen, were good.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, well-educated, qualified, and also knowledgeable. The teaching quality was too good, but most teachers were recruited as guest lecturers. The course curriculum was relevant, and after the course, students were prepared for jobs. The semester exams were easy.
Other: It was value for money, but other colleges near us were more affordable. But, I chose this college because of the good quality of education and facilities. I thought the teaching method, including smart board training, was most important, and the lab equipment was upgradable. Events, fests, campus crowd, and scholarships were all very relevant, which is why I took admission here.

Flexible Curriculum with Strong Focus on Soft Skills, Diverse Career Paths, and Personal Growth.
Placements: No specific percentage of students were placed in my course. No placements for pass-out students. No companies visited for my course. 0% of students got internships from my college because it's a B.A. course, not an industrial training course. No major roles are offered.
Infrastructure: All the facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library are available for this course. The quality of facilities in my hostel and the food available in the mess and canteen are average. There is a big playground for us, and cricket tournaments are held in this ground in winter.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. Most B.A. programs include a combination of core courses that focus on liberal arts education. Yes, it makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are a little tough in this college. 70-80% of students pass.
Other: A diverse range of subjects, flexibility in career options, and the development of transferable skills are the reasons I chose this course. The freedom is the best thing about this course. The placement system will improve. There is a cricket tournament in winter, a lively campus, and some scholarships are available.
