Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) - Batch of 2026

Teachers are not helpful in this institute.
Placements: Approximately 30% of students got selected. The highest package is around 4 LPA to 5 LPA. Mankind, Sunpharma, and Mecloids are recruiting companies. Around 20% of students got internships in the healthcare department, so everything needs to be improved, and I think the college should pay more attention to infrastructure.
Infrastructure: Labs are good, but infrastructure needs maintenance. Washrooms need to be clean. Hostel is good, but it also needs to be upgraded. Initially, the food was good, but over time, management compromised with the food. Sports are good. College is old, so they made more buildings on the ground. I think it's not fair for sports.
Faculty: Most teachers have high knowledge skills, and they are well qualified. No student needs to go into the industry for further knowledge and experience. You need to score 50% in theory, as well as practical 25% in both exams. Both exams are held by AKTU, so it's not too easy but also not too hard.
Other: I chose B.Pharma because after COVID, the pharmaceutical industry has boomed. Faculty needs to be improved, infrastructure needs to be maintained. Rare events are organized by the college.

It is good for studies with well-qualified faculty members, good labs, and facilities.
Placements: About 90-95% of students get placed. The highest package is 5 LPA and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Wipro, HCL, TCS, Mahindra, Infosys, Axis Bank, Capgemini, Cipla, Cognizant, Coca-Cola, etc. Courses offered by the college are B.Tech (EC, EE, ME, CS AI/ML, IT, BT), B.Pharma, B.A.M.S., M.Tech, BBA, BCA, BFA and BVA.
Infrastructure: Facilities such as a library, computer labs, AI/ML labs, biotech labs, other department labs, AC classrooms (only for 1st year B.Tech), Wi-Fi connection, and canteen are available. Hostel facilities are good but the mess food is not good. It has an Ayurved Hospital. Our college also has a Goel Incubation Centre for start-ups.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified with PhD. They are very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. Semester exams are not very hard if we attend daily classes or lectures and follow what our teacher says. Results of this institute are very good and some students achieve ranking positions in AKTU.
Other: Here faculty members' teaching is very good with studies and results. Events are also organised such as Rhythm Divine, GITM Innovotex 360, rangoli, painting, essay, etc. Sports competitions also happen here. It has Goel Cricket Academy.

College is given average placement but good facility.
Placements: There are 40% of students who got placed through campus placement. The highest package of the college is 5 LPA, and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, INFOSYS, TECH MAHINDRA, WIPRO, and so on. Every student got an internship who took interest.
Infrastructure: The college has advanced laboratories, a smart lab, and a library. The Mechanical Workshop is a common lab for second-year mechanical engineering students and is equipped with state-of-the-art machines. Hostel facilities: GITM has both boys' and girls' hostels. The girls' hostel has a DG set for electricity backup, a geyser for hot water, and Wi-Fi. Other amenities: The college has a canteen, stadium, and temple on campus. It also has a tie-up with nationalized banks, allowing students to open and operate accounts on campus.
Faculty: The course syllabus is designed to provide students with knowledge and practical experience. Exams: The class test is worth 30% of the total theory marks, and the two mid-term tests are each worth an equal amount. Teacher assessment, assignments, quizzes, and attendance are worth 20% of the total theory marks. Some say the faculty is experienced and provides good materials.
Other: The campus is spread over 18 acres of land with lush green surroundings and state-of-the-art, environment-friendly infrastructure to provide the best of the facilities to the students studying in the institute.

B.Tech. in Information Technology - Batch of 2026

Good infrastructure and decent placements with supportive faculty members.
Placements: Around 60% of IT students got placed through campus and pool drives. The highest package offered is 13 LPA. The average salary is 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA and the lowest salary is around 2 LPA. Major recruiters included TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, HCL Technologies, and local IT firms. The placement cell is active and provides good support to students in terms of training and interview preparation. Most students also got internship opportunities during the pre-final year, which helped in gaining industry exposure and boosting confidence for final placements.
Infrastructure: IT department has well-equipped labs, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, and a digital library. Hostels are decent with 24X7 water, electricity, and security. Mess food is average but hygienic. Medical aid is available, and sports facilities are good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Many use practical approaches in teaching. The curriculum is mostly relevant and covers industry-required topics, though some areas need updating. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, and the pass percentage is around 85%-90%.
Other: I belong to the 2022-2026 batch of B.Tech in information technology. I chose this course because of my interest in coding and emerging technologies like AI and cybersecurity. The best part is the practical exposure through labs, coding events, and internships. However, I wish the curriculum was updated more frequently to keep pace with industry trends. College organizes vibrant technical and cultural fests such as Goel Carnival and TechFest. Campus crowd is diverse and friendly, with good connectivity and peaceful surroundings. Scholarships are available, and extracurricular activities like sports and hackathons support overall development.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty and staff. The infrastructure is better.
Placements: The placements on our campus are excellent for skilled and talented students.Β Many companies visit our campus, such as Infosys, Technova Ltd., Capgemini, Accenture, and Coca-Cola, for campus placements involving faculty members. The roles available in biotechnology include biotechnologist, research analyst, sales, and management, among others.
Infrastructure: The hostels are well-equipped and offer good food in the hostel mess, ensuring better security and safety for students. The cafeteria serves quality meals. The Department of Biotechnology provides excellent vocational education.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified and professional in their work. They impart the best academic and professional knowledge. The faculty is supportive and offers exceptional mentorship for students’ improvement. They guide us on the right path in both academic pursuits and life goals.
Other: Biotechnology is a highly demanded course in the future and the future needs a good biotechnologist.

Faculty members of the department are the best but HOD is too rude.
Placements: About 50% of students get placements, from which 50% of students get on-campus placements and others get off-campus. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Genpact, HCL, Infosys, etc., visit the college for placements. Only 10% of students get internships from college in HCL. The top roles offered in this course are team leader, HR, and consultant.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available for students in college but available in hostel. Teachers check regularly the attendance of hostel students. Food quality is not so good in the hostel as well as the canteen. Sports are arranged seasonally.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, and they have enough knowledge to solve our doubts. The course curriculum is relevant, and it is sufficient to get placed. Semester exams are not so difficult if you attend class well and perform well in internal examinations to get the best marks. Faculty members are the best.
Other: I chose this course because my brothers recommended otherwise I wanted to choose a mechanical engineering course.
