Good College, No Placement, Good Campus Life

Placements: Placements are low. No placement is taking place here. The package is very low, and no student gets placed. Students mainly opt for higher studies rather than placements. Some students do internships, but the number is very low. Only 1% opt for internships.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and awesome here. High-speed Wi-Fi is available. Classrooms are highly furnished, and high-tech labs are present. The quality of the library is highly commendable with thousands of books. The collection of books is very good, and the library atmosphere is calm.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and helpful. Most of them hold Ph.D. degrees and are NET-qualified. They are highly knowledgeable, but some teachers here are less knowledgeable. The curriculum is irrelevant and does not make students industry-ready. Semester exams are good and of low difficulty.

Brennen College is one of the best college in Kannur, Kerala.

Placements: Good placement after you finished your degree, minimum 70%. Many other opportunities will open up from a degree. If you have more than 70%, you will get many opportunities from other companies; also, there are many courses at my college you can choose as you wish.

Infrastructure: The hostel, classroom, and library are all well maintained, and good quality Wi-Fi is available for all classes, but the canteen is small, but there are no compromises in food; it's very tasty. And in sports, we are the current champions at Kannur University. We got many trophies for that.

Faculty: Yes, teachers are very helpful. There are many books to refer to and many other facilities for study. There are many small exams there for preparation for the semester. The pass mark is a minimum of 16 marks out of 40. I always prefer the college to study and enjoy the campus life.

Other: I chose the course because there are many opportunities for this course; there are also many campus activities and fest events that were conducted by the college union, etc.

The Brennen world of new lessons.

Placements: Above 50%. There is no such package offered but about 10,000. There are no such companies, but after higher studies are offered. ~10%, in any. Lectures, research, tutor, lab assistant, journalism, tuition teacher, etc. There is a big possibility for the research field.

Infrastructure: Having good classrooms, good and clean bathrooms, there are 3 chemistry labs, 2 physics labs, 2 zoology labs, one museum, botanical garden, lift, IT room, parking area, project room, basketball court, gym, canteen, dressing room, research room, 3 auditoriums, one best library, and a large playground. The canteen offers the best quality food at a low price, about 30. Well-planned hostel.

Faculty: Teachers are highly educated; some of them are from IITs. They are helpful. There are more than 20 courses available, most of them are research-oriented. The curriculum is for 3-4 years, about 6 semesters under Kannur University. It does not guarantee making students industry-ready. Semester exams are generally easy. A minimum of 16-24 marks is needed to pass out of 40.

Other: Brennen College has a great history, and a large number of great personalities have come out of this college. It is one of the best colleges in Kannur. A better syllabus is needed. There are many events and fests (including Physics fest). The campus crowd is large, connecting all across the city. Surroundings are filled with forests. Not much scholarship is offered.

Good facilities are provided by a government-run institution.

Placements: Our college offers a regular graduation course so placement is low. The majority of courses offered by our college are majorly focused on theoretical aspects. But in the case of Science and Commerce streams, there is a higher probability of getting jobs. There is no campus placement policy provided by our college.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our course and hostel is good. College is undergoing rapid changes as it is getting more recognition from the government. In the case of labs, Chemistry and Physics labs are renovated and are very modern majority of classrooms are smart classrooms and Wi-Fi is available in all departments.

Faculty: Our college is a government college, and all teachers are appointed through PSC exams, so all faculty members are NET qualified, and majority of them have their Ph.D. The course curriculum is not very updated we are still following the syllabus which was set many years before. Although timely changes are made, the basics are still the same.

Facilities and infrastructure of Government Brennen College are good.

Placements: There are many opportunities in the field of Chemistry, and our department provides an excellent academic base in this field. But, the placement in this college is not great because it is a government college providing normal degrees for students. This college opens up many great opportunities for students who are capable of achieving their dreams.

Infrastructure: This college has great lab facilities in all departments. Very modern lab facilities and classes are available in all the departments that require a lab. The Physics department allows students to use the lab whenever they want. The canteen is not very big, but the food is good.

Faculty: Teachers are very qualified and their teaching is awesome. They use modern techniques to make learning easier. Semester exams are not tough, and even students with an average mind can go through them easily. There is an 80% pass rate and college has an excellent and relevant curriculum.

Other: I optd for this chemistry has wide opportunities around the world. Almost every day, this college has events and we get many scholarships as it is a government college.

College has good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: This is a normal degree course. There are no placements. This course is helpful for achieving higher educational purposes and examinations. This college does not offer placements in recruiting companies. The roles offered in Chemistry are teaching and in pharmaceutical companies.

Infrastructure: There are really good facilities in the college. As a Chemistry student, good lab facilities are very important. Here, the lab facilities are really impressive. We have three Chemistry labs in our department, which are used by 1st-year, 2nd-year, and 3rd-year students, as well as PG students.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. Teaching quality is fine. Course curriculum is relevant. I don't think it fully prepares students. The difficulty of the semester exams fluctuates, it's pretty average. The pass percentage is 70%.
