The college provides very good facilities that improve students' performance.
Placements: College placements are good in the current situation. A number of companies visit the college, and students are capable of getting placed. The highest package is 6.5 LPA, and the average is 4.5 LPA. The main role in my course is Automation Engineer in the field of instrumentation engineering.
Infrastructure: The college campus is very good. A number of departments are present, and their facilities are excellent. Classrooms are clean and under CCTV surveillance. The hostel is very big and very clean. Parking is available in the hostel. Rooms are cleaned by the housekeepers, and the hostel area is maintained. There is a mess in the hostel for students, and it is very affordable.
Faculty: In the college, a number of faculty members are present. Permanent faculty members easily cover all the topics. Exams are in a way that students have no other option but to prepare seriously. Exams are strictly conducted. During the semester, some activities are conducted with the permission of the HOD. Various programs like PLC and SCADA are also conducted.
Other: Their CIIIT lab is very useful for students to complete their internship programs in the college. The campus is well-maintained, and students actively help in maintaining the campus.

Good placements from last year.
Placements: There is 80–90% placement in Mechanical Engineering, and other branches also get good placements. The highest package is 7 LPA. Companies like Adani, Lloyds, Cipla, Dalmia, and many more visit the campus. There are CIIIT courses organized by Tata Technologies, which are more effective and valuable for more knowledge.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not very good, but Wi-Fi is available in all departments and the library. Students can use the college library till 9 PM for their studies. The hostel is nice compared to other government colleges. The mess is not provided by the college. We need to pay for it separately.
Faculty: The quality of teachers is good. Most of the permanent faculty members are MPSE and GATE qualified. The visiting faculty is also good. All the basic concepts and theories that are helpful in Mechanical Engineering are covered in classes, which help at the industry level.

Government College of engineering Chandrapur Review.
Placements: I'm pursuing my degree in Computer Science and Engineering course, and the percentage of students placed in placements is about 45%. The highest package offered by our course was between 7 to 8 LPA, the lowest was 3 LPA, and the average package students received was between 3.5 to 5 LPA. The top roles offered were software engineer, data analyst, and hardware engineer.
Infrastructure: The quality of facilities and infrastructure provided by the college is average. Various types of buildings like labs, classrooms, and libraries are available, but the facilities given by the college are not enough. The college should update the infrastructure of buildings and improve various courses. Also, the college hostel infrastructure is below my expectations. The food provided by the college mess and in the canteen is also of lower quality.
Faculty: The faculty and staff are helpful and qualified from nominated universities, and their teaching quality is good, but sometimes it falls short. The curriculum is average. The exams are held in a semester-wise pattern, with two exams per year. About 60% of students pass the exams.

The college has experienced faculty and a decent college life.
Placements: I am currently pursuing B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. The college surroundings have many core companies that visit every year to recruit students. From my experience, I can say that the core placements in the college are the best. This year, about 90% of students from my branch got placed.
Infrastructure: The college has all the required facilities like Wi-Fi and a hostel. It mainly provides 6 branches. Based on my experience, the core branches have an upper hand in this college. The college has Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Instrumentation, and Civil branches.
Faculty: I can say about my branch there are experienced faculty members who provide all the required knowledge to students. A major advantage of this college is Tata's investment of 263 crores. Tata mainly runs labs of CIIIT, which offer different courses that are up-to-date and knowledgeable.
Other: I have a strong family background in the field of mechanical engineering, so I am quite familiar with mechanical engineering topics, which is why I chose this branch. The college organizes a fest called Abhirang every year in the month of February. There are also sports days and technical events are not very big level, but decent for the college level.

The college has poor infrastructure development. It doesn't have a proper road and old building.
Placements: This college offers lots of placement and gives the average package of 3 lacs per annum. Nearly 50 percent of students get placed. This college has a high placement ratio in mechanical and instrumentation engineering. Companies like Adani Power Limited, Byju's, and Dalmia come for placement.
Infrastructure: We had a departmental library in our department building, which provides all the data that is required of us. Each room has a Wi-Fi facility and has a projector place inside. Hostel rooms are very good; each room can consist of 2 students, and all-year students can live in a hostel with a capacity of 200 students.
Faculty: In the mechanical department, we had all permanent teaching faculty who had pursued there graduation or postgraduate degrees from top colleges like IIT and NIT. Yes, the curriculum is best for our course as it provides all the required techniques and skills to us.

Very good college for middle-class students .
Placements: As a student at the Government College of Engineering, Chandrapur, I faced no challenges in placements. Even I got a placement at Infosys as a system engineer. Off-campus placement is more preferred than college placement. Because placements in college are like 30%.
Infrastructure: There is no WiFi in college. The library is good. Teachers are very good. The hostel needs to be renovated. And the playground is good; it's a huge one. We can play 3 to 4 sports at a time. The environment is good, surrounded by numerous plants.
Faculty: As a student at the Government College of Engineering, I used to think that the faculty members would be very bad but the reality is different and you can always trust them; they are very supportive and knowledgeable. You can always count on them. They also help you with things other than education.
Other: Fees at the government college are very low if you have good marks in CET . If you have reservations, the maximum fee will be 18000, including scholarships.
