GDC Sumbal - Peaceful campus with scope for growth.

Placements: Placements are limited at GDC Sumbal, as its a relatively new and growing government college. There are no major placement drives conducted by the college. Most students aim for higher studies or competitive exams. Internships and job offers are not directly provided. But the faculty encourages students to explore opportunities outside the campus. With time, this area may improve.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of GDC Sumbal is decent and improving every year. Classrooms are spacious. Basic facilities like a library, computer lab, and science labs are available. Wi-Fi access is limited. There is no hostel facility yet, and students commute from nearby areas. The natural surroundings and peaceful environment are a plus.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and dedicated. The curriculum is based on Kashmir University syllabus, which is well-structured for academic learning. Semester exams are moderately difficult but manageable if you attend classes regularly. Teachers support students with extra classes and guidance before exams.

Other: I chose this college because its close to home, affordable, and has a growing academic reputation. Teachers are dedicated and always ready to help students. I wish the college would organize more seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions. Overall, a good environment for learning and self-growth.

I am netural because it was good for me y freinds chose it and it was closer toson .

Placements: 1 - 65% 2 No package 3 not yet 4 don't know 5 tourism and Hospitality I chose tourism and hospitality because I have been taking tourism and hospitality from class 9th I was the only person in my freind circle who choose toursism and hospitality .

Infrastructure: 1 Wi-Fi is not available for students but labs and classrooms, library are good 2 Quality of facilities were pretty good but food or canteen facilities were not available Sports and games were not that much focused there was a uncle who used to opwn a shop in collwge park.

Faculty: Teachers were highly qualified but as its a government college transfers happen often Yes Not difficult pass percentage was 40% It depends how serious you are about your career one of my freind is a vey SMART guy he is vey goof in stydies he allwyas surpass me .

Other: Because my freinds choose this that's why Its good for me Yes these happen often even some time 3 times in a month freinds chose it and it was closer to my home that's the reason I chose it okay.
