Teaching quality is between average to good.

Placements: Mostly, you don't require any percentage to join government engineering college, Banswara. Only you have to pass 12th class and you can also join it by doing diploma. You can get direct admission in the 2nd year. If you want to do internships, then you have to find your internship individually because college will not help you in find internship, they will give you appreciation letter only.

Infrastructure: Earlier, Wi-Fi was properly working in the college but now, it is not working properly but in hostel, it is working, and it is free to use. Labs are good in this college. Classrooms are more than average, and we also have a library. In hostel, there is no management of food. The principal of this college is most of the time does not present in the college, so you will face many problems when you complain.

Faculty: Teaching quality is between average to good. Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. This course is sufficient for students to get industry ready, but you have to prepare yourself. Semester exams are medium to moderate. You have to score 25 marks to be passed.

Other: Before batch 2021-22, this college was under RTU University but now it is under GGTU University where we can't a bright engineering future. I would recommend you do not choose this college if you want bright future.

GEC, Banswara, has everything needed to set an example for society.

Placements: I will pass out in 2023. Placements are good. Companies come for campus placements. Various IT, electrical, civil and mechanical companies visit the campus every year. The training and placement office puts in a lot of effort, and internships are also provided by the college.

Infrastructure: The syllabus is according to Rajasthan Technical University. The hostel is good and with a lot of amenities. The infrastructure is well developed, and new buildings are proposed by the state government. The main building costs 35 crores, and the hostel costs 2 crores.

Faculty: The faculty members are the best. They always prepare you, support you and help you out. They prepare you for various exams, including GATE, ESE, AE, and JE. Exams are held on a semester basis, and you get detailed notes. Video lectures are also available apart from the classes.

Other: Fests and extracurricular activities are conducted here.

GEC, Banswara is the only best college in the district.

Placements: Approximately 95% of the students get placed every year from our college. The highest salary package offered here is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. With the salary package of between highest and lowest, all students got placed in different companies. Internship programme and pool campus drives are also conducted by our college.

Infrastructure: There are Wi-Fi facilities for 24 hours. Our college has smart classrooms, a central library and a well-equipped boys hostel with gym facility and mess. The canteen serves good food, and it is a lush green campus. Sports and medical facilities are also available in the college. Students get the best facilities at this college.

Faculty: All faculty members here are highly qualified professionals and also did masters degree from IITs. They all are qualified and are hired by NPIU. All teachers are friendly in nature and also make students ready for the industry.

Other: The entire campus is lush green with well facilities. Events and extracurricular activities are conducted every next day at our college.

I am dissatisfied with the college in 2017. Now, the situation has changed, so one can study here.

Placements: During our time in 2017, there was no placement. In 2020, there are a good number of placements in various companies. Students are called to other government colleges for placements. The placement cell is good, and faculty members that handle placement cell are experienced and young.

Infrastructure: Labs are good, and labs for the electrical engineering branch are well-equipped. Classrooms are big, and there is a digital platform presence in classrooms. The library is also well-equipped, and you can study in the library. There are cricket ground, volleyball ground and badminton court.

Faculty: Teachers are educationally well-qualified. There are both PhD and M.Tech faculty members from prestigious NITs and IITs all around India. They have experience in teaching, and they are enthusiastic about teaching students and keeping them updated. They show interest in new happening.

Other: The college campus is outside the city, which is around 4 km away from the main city. Small local shops are available nearby outside the campus.

Our college provides good opportunities.

Placements: They won't have the best network or connections with big firms. The average salary package offered ranges between 2.5 LPA - 3 LPA. They provide salary packages if you don't have backlogs. A few companies visit our college to recruit students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. I have played games on a projector in the lab. They give good freedom. The hostel fee is Rs. 4000. The food served in the hostel is good. The hostel staff members are friendly.

Faculty: Our college has the best faculty members. It is the best college if you want freedom from unnecessary rules and want to learn from good professors. They have completed their M.Tech from IITs. The guest faculty members have completed their M.Tech. They don't allow B.Tech faculty members to teach.

Other: Almost 75% of attendance is mandatory in our college.

Overall its good for education good and effortinf faculty but no college life here.

Placements: There are no placements at all they invite some random companies which only offer you 10 to 15 thousand rupees over all if you are rich this is not your college between infrastructure is quite good and there are no students in branch like mechanical. This college is best for you if you have civil branch here best is civil class in rtu.

Infrastructure: Internet connectivity and Wi-Fi is very good hostel facility is better than every where best in rtu division. Best in budget too only 4000 permonth and its very cheap in comparison to other private colleges and this college is no longer government so choose wisely if you have civil branch there is no problem.

Faculty: There are no faculty in electrical branch because of the end of TEQUIP 3 this college is good only for civil great teacher and good environment library is also good civil branch there is no problem I have CSE it is good but this college is in developing stage .

Other: Very less students are here but if you come here to make your future its best college but there is no college life here except hostel life.

Candidate must have passed 12th with Physics and/or Mathematics / Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship (Any of the three). Candidate must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ ST/ Non creamy layer OBC/ Non creamy layer MBC and PwD category of Rajasthan State) in the above subjects taken together in the final examination of Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (RBSE) or Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any other examination recognised and equivalent to Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan/Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
